Driver in truck #8 speeding on Sumner Ave toward Hoquiam on 3-22-18 at speed of 38 mph in 30 mph zone. Barely slowed to school zone, crossing guard watched truck closely. Then sped up to 40 mph. Not a good sign for driving.
