I was taking my trailer and hour away from my home where I had purchased it but decided to look for a place much closer. They just dewinterized my trailer and took care of some other preventative things I wanted done. Staff is friendly and helpful. The owners of the business care about their customers and do the right thing for them! I will be taking my trailer back to be serviced.

Labor day weekend and my toilet is leaking. I was prepared to purchase a new one(which they had 4 in stock). They sold me the new part and told me how to fix it. Very nice people and great customer service

I've been using north beach rv for 3 years 18 months ago my 2 way fridge quit " 10 years old" the lady at the parts counter then was great help. Chuck troubleshoot the problem and it was cheaper to order a new one,3 days later he install it $2500.00 it was 7 weeks to repair the old one" middle of covid" the fridge came with the wrong front panel but chuck handled it week later he came to my house and installed the correct one.the parts are more expensive than the internet but know chuck will be there to help you out that is why I go there.

First I want to apologize for this late review. We had a mishap with a traffic cone that a vehicle in front of us hit while we were driving down the I-5 to Ocean Shores. Unfortunately we couldn’t avoid it and heard a loud bang but being on the freeway couldn’t pull over to check for damage. We continued all the way without noticing any noises or concerns. When we were able to see the damage we found that the cone had dislodged our sewer pipe and it was hanging in the air off the ground. We had just started our trip and were worried that we would have to turn around and drive back home to Canada. It was a Sunday when this happened and all RV repair facilities were closed.We slept in our motorhome that night at the casino and called North Beach RV Parts & Services in Hoqium hoping to get it fixed. The people there were so nice and told us not to worry they would fit us in right away as their Tech was due back any minute and as soon as Chuck got back he went to work fixing the sewer system. They had the parts we needed and had us back on the road within the hour. Their labor & parts prices were very reasonable. We were so thankful!Owen & Chris SkonbergCultus Lake British ColumbiaCanada

Family trip to the Oregon Coast. We rented an RV and the first night out the refrigerator/freezer stopped working. Stopped by their shop the next morning and they helped us confirm what was wrong and got us back on the road quickly? Thanks again Ken, Mare & Mak ??

We had a GREAT experience at North Beach RV. Even though Bill was not familiar with our rig brand (NuCamp Cirrus) he was willing to work to find a grey tank leak and to repair it same day. We feel very fortunate to have found them on a long road trip.We also stopped in later for a quick fix on a rack.Highly recommend North Beach!
