McHugh's is everything that is right about small business in this country and why we as consumers should continue to do our best to stick with them whenever possible.We went to McHugh's for our blinds. A lot of blinds and very little clue of what would be good or bad choices to make. With the help of what felt like their entire team from owner to designer, installation experts and temp help we were left amazed by their service. We received an honest opinion, not an upsell, but clear advice on what works and what does not and why, while being adjusted to our preferences of what we had in mind. Once the options were selected, we were presented with different price options which were very flexible to meet our budget and needs with adjustments from both sides. Once the order was finalized the order went in and got done amazingly fast as well. Not weeks but closer to days which was a welcome surprise. Once it came to installation, they were again very flexible, this time with timing, brought additional crew and even helped us out with some leftover packaging material not part of the job. It's the little things. They brought additional help to get set up and their main installation guy was a wizard pacing from one window to the next. Not hush hush, but top quality and still fast. Amazing! Minor discrepancies with colors of the rods and such were noted by the team before we even could, and they had the order for the fixes in in no time. Turnaround again was super quick and taken care of with speed. The overall experience was just great and the people that work there experienced and super nice. A small little family that helped make our home a little brighter and better!Thank you, team McHugh's!!!

My wife and I bought a sofa and love seat from McHughs and we had it for a few weeks and we're not very happy with it, it was to big for us. Who would think furniture is s to big for a person?? We call the store and Mr McHugh came to our home in Ocean Shores and inspected it and gave us a full credit and he accepted it back. Unbelievable service after the sale. We bought another set from him and we are very satisfied. We are repeat customers and will definitely go back if we need anything else.

We had our entire 2 story home carpeted by McHugh's. Greg and his crew were very impressive to say the least. If you could add another star we'd do it. We felt the price was fair and their recommendations were perfect for our needs. Doug and Lorie McDowell

We bought a new living set here recently. When they were delivered it was accidentally overlooked that there were two small issues with the pieces. I called the store as soon as I noticed them and within just a couple hours the delivery men were back and resolved the issues in just a few minutes. Excellent customer service, guys! We appreciate it!

Thought twice about shopping there against my better judgment we bought a hideabed couch and an area rug, called the store asking for the owner to call me back about not liking the rug and was ignored! Never spending another penny there zero customer service!
