Our battery died while we were at the library next door and these awesome dudes came out and gave us a jump so we could get home! We live out of town so we probably won't cross ways again soon but I'd recommend em to anyone in the area ? thanks again guys

Extremely unprofessional. They don't keep track of appointments they schedule, and don't expect them to let you know in advance that they aren't actually going to keep their scheduled appointments. They also lie.Yeah, they obviously have some people they actually do work for, and might be good when they actually do the work, but how many others do they screw over in the meantime?If you aren't one of the precious few that are able to get in right away and get work done, don't bother calling this dishonorable, unscrupulous shop for anything.

My daughter needed new front brakes on her 5 year old **************. Gordons quoted the job with rotors. When they inspected the car, thy found it did not need rotors and just put on new brake pads for under $150,00, Very trustworthy business

Gordon's Service is a great place to get a vehicle fixed. They do a great job. I can't give you any information on cost, I take my work car there and the company pays.

The guy who runs Gordon's, is named Norm he doesn't deserve one star! they towed my van in held it for 5 months and did absolutely nothing but rip it apart and got it ripped off there were several things missing when I finally took my van back cuz they weren't doing anything to it! But complain about how they couldn't find parts! AND I notice so many things that were stolen out of the van! As soon as I took it to another shop Javier's in Aberdeen they fixed it within one day. Beware! Do not take your stuff to Gordon's auto shop in Hopewell.

Service is amazing. We were told it would be two to three weeks before most shops in the area could even see us. Norm got us in on an emergency when our bus broke down on the beach. Nathan worked on it, got it diagnosed and replace the fuel modulator and we were back on the beach for a gorgeous sunset that night before we had to head home Spokane. Their service was friendly and professional and their price was very reasonable, we are 100% satisfied.

I drove to this historical garage and few blocks from my home. They gave me a ride home. And when it was finished the owner of the shop and a mechanic delivered the car to my house!!
