The service provided was amazing everything is completely new. I mean it looks brand new like nothing happened. The lady who cleaned my truck inside and out did an amazing job. I had a shirt in my truck she even folded nicely and put on my back seat. I recommend them. If anyone asks me where to take their vehicle. I will suggest them every time. Thank you kindly for going above and beyond. I wish I could give more stars, but only five were available. Thank you kindly.

Great body shop. Explained the process gave, reasonable estimate, assisted with rent-a-car. USAA recommended them and trusts their work.

They fixed and painted the front of my Corvette. Rock chips,Excellent job, paint matched perfect. Excellent job.They also fixed right rear corner of my girlfriends Rav4.Someon backed into it.She was amazed at how good it was. She said she couldn't believe how good they did. She is more than happy with their work.?

Fred’s Autobody Carstar did an excellent job fixing my brand new Subaru after an accident. You can’t tell there was ever any damage & they graciously detailed the interior of the car for me, which was an unexpected surprise! They also made the process of picking up & returning a rental incredibly easy by having an enterprise fleet on site. Thank you for taking such good care of me & my car!

Had some communication issues with the former manager. Between mis-ordered parts and who knows what else it took 9 months and he got nowhere with our vehicle. Mark took over as manager and got our vehicle to us in just a couple months. Van looks and runs good as new. It's never easy cleaning up someone else's mess and we appreciate all of his hard work.

I made an appointment to have an estimate done here and basically to sum it up, I left very disappointed. The person who helped me made me feel like I was just interrupting his day. I was supposed to leave with a detailed estimate to send to the insurance company and instead i ended up leaving with nothing and no clue as to what was going on. Just a few pictures of my truck that he supposedly had taken in a hurry. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Fred's use to be awesome but not so much anymore....

I was in an accident the end of November, I went to carstar the beginning of January, set up an appointment to drop off my car the end of January. They had a full invoice from my insurance company on the work that needed to be done. It was supposed to take 7 to 10 days. I dropped my car off the end of January and a month later my car still was not done. I took my car without the wheels being replaced and the detailing of the area of the accident also not done. I brought it back several times. The first time I was told they would order the parts. The second time I was told the staff had all been replaced. The third time I was assured that the parts would be ordered and my car would be taken care of. I still have not heard back from them. Everybody seemed really nice. Just no follow through. I was very disappointed that I had an appointment that I made a month in advance, that the delay they said was parts that were on back order. Why weren't the parts ordered initially.? I'm sorry to say I would not recommend this place.
