“We went in and asked if they do passport photos. They do! I wish I knew her name - we had the best experience with the petite girl with long, dark hair. She was very knowledgeable not only about that, but also other unrelated questions we had. Very pleasant and professional experience and we were on our way with photos in hand a few minutes later. “Small town post office with 1 employee at the service counter. I've always received the best service here. It's a bit out of the way for me, but it's worth it when I have large pieces to ship. No stress, friendly employee. Always a pleasant experience.”
“I've been coming here for years. Many times with odd requests. Laminating, printing and notarizing, anything they could possibly do. Customer Service has always been great. Owner is incredibly nice.”
“I don’t understand the bad reviews. I go to UPS often at least once a week and I’ve been coming here for over a year and it’s been the best one I’ve ever been to. I was running late and came in 5 minutes before close today and the owner welcomed me with open arms and a smile on his face.
They also have an automated label station for amazon returns, this is the first place I’ve seen that has that.
Overall just another business I’m thankful we have in the snoqualmie area”

“The Ravensdale Post Office staff is wonderful and lockers to access mail after hours makes everything so easy. However, they take random lunch hours with no consistent time away so we never know when we can access the counter. My suggestion is to post a set time, like with Walgreens, that they are closed for lunch to eliminate their customers from having to return two and three times.”

“The FedEx employees at this location provide incredibly kind, professional, efficient, and joyful service. For the last several years, they have expedited the shipping process for mailing all our holiday gifts throughout the year to our sweet 4 and 6-year-old granddaughters, “Baby Bear” & “Twinkle Star”. These wonderful people have frequently welcomed us, referring to my husband and I as “The Grandparent Holiday Express”. They have also happily assisted “Santa, Cupid, The Easter Bunny, The Great Pumpkin, and The Tooth Fairy,” as well as, added extra joy to other special occasions, such as Birthdays and the first day of Kindergarten. That kind of customer service is rare and I really appreciate them for this family run business. And no, they didn't incentive me to write this, if you look at my other reviews, you will see I'm picky and a tough one to please.”
