These folks have handled a couple repair jobs for me, and have been nothing but professional. It’s not something you hear often, but they are one of the few genuine, honest repair shops out there. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any job, big or small.

Stopped in after a phone call to see if we needed to replace the timing belt on my wife's Subaru Outback.I couldn't believe how much they cared about helping us in an honest knowledgeable assessment to determine if we needed the work done or not. If I'd taken it somewhere else I'd been sold a bill of goods and never know the difference just paid for work not needed.I will go back to them in a heartbeat for any work I'll need in the future.Honestly is hard to find anymore.Absolutely this is a great shop and I highly recommend them!

Had a dead battery and Josh helped me out by bringing out his jump box. Simple fix but was so accommodating. Not many people would have done this, but he did. Amazing customer service.

Car showed zero oil pressure. They did a thurough inspection. The only issue they found was the gauge sender had failed. They bid $400 to upgrade and replace the sensor. I decided to replace it myself. They explained the risks.

This is a great auto shop. Steve is very reliable and extremely knowledgeable. We totally trust this business. We've been bringing our cars to them since we moved here almost 2 years ago. Totally satisfied with the service they provide. They are located at the very most northern tip of the Kitsap peninsula. If you visit you won't be disappointed. They are what you would expect from your friendly small town business from years ago. We can't say enough good about them. They are AAA approved.
