“I absolutely respect that the "owners" of this station closes down when there is a significant occurrence in their tribal community. As a whole, we don't do that anymore and become upset when our expectations are not met. Drove out recently, everything was shut down and the closed sign was up. Not sure why. Last time this happened, there was a service for a elder who passed. Some things are more important than making more money.”
“It's a gas station. Well there are Shell Gas pumps outside but this isn't a Shell station. It's a quick stop gas shop with a little more extra. It's cheaper price wise here then out in town for octane. And it reminds me of a 7-11 with the lay out. I know you read those reviews. Cashiers on the right of the door. Drinks aka soda, liquor, water all along the wall and snacks and small electric stuff in the center floor. There's also like a hot deli restaurant all the way in the back. Overall five stars mainly because the gas was cheaper here. Now excuse me, ooo Lotto slips. M”

“I only use the pharmacy here because it's close and has a drive up window. Over the years, I have had two pharmacists who have been really great. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. The kind of professionals that I want when someone is dealing with something that I'm going to ingest or use in our on my body. They have a young woman who is usually at the window, and she is awesome. She always has a smile on her face and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure that you are well taken care of. The biggest issue that I have with this pharmacy is that, for some reason, lately, their drive up window has been closed during their open hours. This issue makes it very difficult for those who may have a disability to be able to easily get their medicine. Other than that, I trust the pharmacy. And because it's easy access and the folks seem to know what they're doing, I won't go anywhere else. I'm very happy that this particular pharmacy in Kingston was not subject to the closures that happened around the country to Rite Aid.”

“This pharmacy gets a really bad rap... But i think a lot of the delays and long lines have to do more with the customers than with the staff. I have been coming to this location at least once a month for rx for over three years and I have noticed that when someone gets to the front of the line I can tell if they have taken a very important step to help both the staff and the other customers ahead of them... CALLING AHEAD! I ALWAYs call ahead and check to see a.) if they have received my prescription from my doctor and b.) when it might be ready "please and thank you" ( goes a long way if just for human decency!) They will tell me if it won't be ready that day. And guess what?! If it won't be i don't go and have to wait in line!!! AMAZING. What's even more amazing is that IF YOU SIGN uP for mobile check out... THEY WILL TEXT YOU THE MOMENT ITS READY. But the people that are really making the line long show up without doing any of those steps, presents the poor staff member (who has served a bazillion people since their 30 min break ended an hour ago) with 10 minutes of questions (that could have been answered with a simple google search or a call ahead) and then complain that their prescriptions aren't ready and that they have to get back in line. So wake up Freeland! The staff rocks and we can help them by doing a little extra preparation before showing up and also by NOT taking out our frustrations on hard working members of our OWN COMMUNITY! Thanks for listening and thanks to the staff members of the pharmacy team!”
