I’m not sure how I’ve never given this place a review! But it the ladies that work here are so nice and friendly. Even being overwhelmed as the only bank in Granite, they manage so much and they still do it with a smile on their faces!! Brittney, Kira, Alicia, Sarah, and the rest of the team I’m forgetting are just wonderful! As a GM of a business, I need consistency in my banking and KeyBank in Granite Falls has gone above and beyond their call of duty! Keep up the great work! You’ve EARNED a life long client:)(Sorry if I spelt your names wrong!)

Need more tellers

If I could rate this bank 0 stars I would. My Daughters boyfriend had opened and account there and was working in town at one of the local businesses. A check that he received from his employer was put into the consumer fraud department. He has since then closed his account because he had no access to his money for 30 days. We have tried multiple times to get this false fraud deleted from his consumer report from this location to no avail. I have tried multiple times to contact the bank manager at the Granite Falls location and have been told there is nothing that can be done. And ignored by the branch manager who admitted that this was wrong on the banks end. This is affecting a young mans life by destroying his ability to get a bank account or start building his credit. I would be very hesitant to open an account here.

I love this small town bank. Everybody knows everybody. Whenever I go into this branch they greet me by name every time I walk through the door. all the tellers as well as the branch manager are so friendly not only with me but every person that walks in, no matter how busy they are. I work in customer service so I 100% understand the concept of customer service and they definitely put their customers first this is why I will continue to bank at this branch.

Had a $200 check from my employer, drawn from Key Bank. I am not an account holder, and was told I'd have to pay $7.50 to cash my check. While this may not be the fault of this specific branch, I remember a day (not too long ago) where you could cash a check for free, account holder or not, so long as the check was drawn from the bank you were at. I'll drive the extra distance to Walmart and pay the $3 fee before I submit to this highway robbery.

I have no negative comments about any specific branch. However customer service is a joke, and I've had my card locked 2x in 24hrs for making online purchases. No fraud, no sketchy websites... just annoying

The branch manager Dan Emmons at the Granite Falls KeyBank location not only was so horrific to my 70+ year old mother that she is physically frightened to go back there even with how nice everyone else is at that location....

The granite falls branch manager Dan Emmons was not only so horrific to my 70+ mother when she went in multiple times to cancel/reissue a compromised debit card that she is now physically frightened to go back there again even with how nice the other staff always are.... And even when I went with her Dan Emmons not only referred to my sister who is Down's syndrome burn survivor as "that monster" but even told me he wouldn't address any of the Identity theft that was occurring older than 60 days even though my mother had been in multiple time in than span of over a month already trying to resolve that very issue.... I ended up having to go through the KeyBank executive branch just to be able to resolve the very basic ID theft issues that all could have been avoided if the debit card in question had simply been cancelled and reissued as my mother requested the first time it was reported to the branch manager..... Unfortunately I'm a stage four cancer patient became too ill during the extensive process to sort out how my mother was treated to finish the process and was left with posting these experiences as a warning to others and driving to a different branch office 18 miles away as the only recourse left to me because I am terminally ill..... I was truly sickened at heart when I started to leave these warnings to others that I have come across so many other complaints that directly named Dan Emmons and the way he has treated others refusing to provide even the most basic level of service during just his short tenure as the branch manager in this location. It's truly sad how he personally has lowered the overall ratings for the Granite Falls KeyBank office on at least both Google and yelp and who knows how many other rating sites when I know that every other staff member at the Granite Falls location is above top notch and has always gone the extra mile for customers.... I personally have had an account at that specific branch office for over 25 years and my family for even longer and it's heart breaking to know in a small town like Granite Falls how much of a resource was lost to everyone because the sole bank branch in small towns like ours plays such a vital role for not only each individual but for the entire community at large.

UPDATE: They've now charged me twice for Rush delivery. Refunded the first, but then charged the fee again! THIEVES! It took over a month to receive my card. I visited a branch twice. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

popcorn fart bank

popcorn fart bank I have an account at this bank and I was out of state and mailed a big check to them to deposit. After two weeks I called them to make sure that they got it and it was deposited. And they said they had not received it. So I assume it was lost somewhere in the mail. I went through all this hassle to get the big check stopped because it obviously had never gotten to the bank.. after 8 hours they called and said the check had been received. So I ask them how could this happen???? I call you and I identify myself and you check my account and you say "its not there". The bank manager said "you should have asked for me" And I say why can't I ask any employee what deposits were made (after properly identifying myself) If the managfer is the only person who can check a deposit, then I am sorry for this bank and I hope his next performance review is negative for he (Dan) and the branch... So I am moving the $ to BECU. Highly recommend BECU its free checking and free savings with better interest rates than this popcorn fart bank. Oh, so I have a regular checking account at this bank too. And I see this $18/mo withdrawal. I call and ask why are you taking $18 every month. They say its a service charge because you have less than $15K in the account. Another reason to move to BECU, no service fees and they give you a buck or two...

Have no complaints with the bank or the staff, but the afterhours ATM there works 50% of the time. I have had to drive out to the Lake stevens key bank 3 times this week because of this.
