“Today I was totally impressed at the customer service from the minute I walked in the door. But the best was DENNIS at the Help Hub! He put aside his other project, and jumped in to save the day with my very frustrating line trimmer. He was able to troubleshoot and get me on the road to get back to my project at hand in no time!! “Very friendly staff and now they are even open on Sundays. Parking can be tight at times especially if you are pulling a trailer. But if that is the case, then just enter at the light and pull straight through past the entrance and then you can back right up to the big slide doors of the warehouse. They are critter friendly as long as they are on a leash and well behaved.”

“Overall, a good product at a reasonable price compared to a couple other companies. I think due to that though, they are missing a few details, like confirming stain match before piece is complete. That, and communication could have been a little better. Wish the stain was a little darker, but overall happy with our new front door.”

“This store is by far my favorite Home Depot location. The people are always helpful and knowledgeable in finding the correct items for my many projects. This past weekend was no exception. As I wondered starring eyed in to the lumber department (this department is definitely not my area of expertise) I was greeted by an employee that not only helped me pick out the correct pieces of wood, he also used their giant saw to cut them to measurements I needed.Thank you for the great service!”

“This location gets 5 stars! If I was reviewing Home Depot outside of this location I would give them 1 star but this location has been amazing. The people who work here are actually helpful and so nice. My delivery of a refrigerator turned into a nightmare but the people in person at the store did absolutely everything they could to help me and try to make it an enjoyable experience.”

“Just picked up a huge toolbox from them, had a little issue with them not being able to deliver to my house and getting a refund for my delivery charge. But I am giving 5 stars because of the guys who eventually helped load my truck up were awesome. Super nice and friendly and there was about 5 or 6 that went out of their way to make sure it got done right. I don't remember all of their names but they included Mitch and Mike. It's hard to find a group of people willing to drop what they are doing and help you with a smile on their face. Thanks again for the help fellas!”
