People were friendly. Loading took 4 hours...loaders said that they were getting it ready. The back and forth to check-in shack across icy lot sucked. Bathroom on site was horrendous. I was 38 minutes early and was asked to come back at 12.

4 stars because when it's lunch time everyone takes lunch and nobody can check in. Appointment times only. Park across the street or on the street if there's room. This place is lineage cold storage. Depending on what you're picking up you might have to drive 1 mile to the warehouse you'll be loading at. Once you get loaded you'll go back to the shack you checked in at for paperwork. Drive safe drivers!!!

Don't expect to get in early because they won't take you till right at your appointment time.There is over night parking across the street from office & no one will bother you there

Aug 15 7Am Stupid lady in the office work here doesn’t know how to talk if the appointment is 12pm can’t check in 20mins earlier so stupid. Also bad behaviour they carry which is not good for the company I’m not bringing any load for future for this company.
