Spoke to Tony this morning about AC not cooling in our vehicle. Had us bring it right in jumped on it soon as we drove up. Low on refrigerate topped it off and on our way we went. Great service!!

My wife was alone in Grandview when our trusty newer Subaru acted up and was giving her trouble. Les Schwab recommended Tony Cromwell. He saw my wife right away. He could have told her anything and overcharged her. But he quicky found the simple problem, fixed it, then put the car on the scope. No charge and he treated my wife so kindly and fairly we plan to bring all 4 of our vehicles to him after this!

We had an issue with our exhaust and thought the worst. We decided to go with Cromwell's based on the reviews, and they were right. Although he appeared busy, he got us right in and surprised us with a quick fix that has lasted - and he didn't charge us! How wonderful of him to be so honest and generous and not take advantage of our assuming the worst. We now know where to go and enthusiastically recommend Cromwell's to others.

Had a friend recommend this mechanic. I went in about some major leaks on my van. he was able diagnose a few items that needed fixing, gave a quote and also helped me prioritize which were most important so I could stay on budget. Was done the next day. Friendly and down to earth. Will use again.

My cars radiator was unfortunately cracked by a rock at some point on the road. We brought the car here and had the best experience!! Mr. Cromwell went above and beyond for my family!! Not only did he replace our radiator, but he also drove us to our hotel we had to get for the night and he didn't have to do that!! My family and I are extremely grateful for everything he did!! If I could give 10 stars I would a million times over!!!

Tony and his wife are two of the most honest individuals I've ever encountered. They take such good care of my aging car and keep it running well. They never push repairs that aren't needed and their rates are very reasonable. They are quick to get you in and it's easy to drop your car off before business hours. I have never left Cromwell's thinking they might have taken advantage of your lack of car knowledge!! Overall as terrible as it is to need car work, they make it as painless as possible!

Amazing customer service and quick repair! We ran into car problems on our way across the state with our 7 week old baby! Tony and his wife were friendly and very accommodating. They ordered our part and Tony came into work on a Saturday just so we could get back to our vacation! Not to mention he had a car show to be at and he dropped our family off at the adorable local fair so we didn't have to sit at the shop and wait. HE ALSO, beat a competitors pricing by almost 50% less than the other company quoted us! If we lived there- we would use Cromwell every time!
