First, I paid for multiple washes at a discounted rate. The machine printed a ticket with a code to enter for the future washes. Of course, the code didn't work when I came back. Then, the spinning brushes broke the back window out of my Jeep. No number to call.

Paid 10 bucks to just drive forward for the light to not say stop or turn on. no number to call, cant even get back in line to get a refund. But works when the car behind me went in??

Don't go here. It cost $15 and it doesn't take all the dirt off, misses multiple spots, doesn't even take all the soap off, and will leave your car covered in water spots.

Just use the self-service car wash on Birch Street which was a total rip off I spent $10 and only got about a half of the truck wash before it gave out time. Don't go there. So I came to Castle here got a $10 wash which was excellent totally clean my truck which was dirty and got a token for a vacuum which vacuumed the whole inside of a four-door truck that was awesome this place is awesome great place you should really try it out.

It's an ok car wash. The water sprayers still spray some water as the car is being dried. They give you a free token to vacuum with the $10 wash.

4 stars because my last two cars have been crossover SUVs, and the back of the car ALWAYS has a spot that the brushes miss. In addition, the back window right under the air foil gets missed too. Other than that it works great. No spots and no brush marks.

First visit to the Grandview location, and I wasn't very impressed. It didn't get the top of the car at all, and didn't rinse all the soap off.

The vacuums are long, easy to use, & have great suction. On one of my visits I had encountered a small problem. The owner was easy to contact, professional, & polite. I recommend using Castle!

Really liked it at first. But some of the vacuums don't work. Usually the one I pick. No longer washes the back end of my car. Infact yesterday did not even wash off the ice on the trunk/window. I guess that's just how car washes do. Great the first year. Than never anything done to them and they just go down hill.
