I cannot stress how lovely the staff was today. I'm a "complicated" customer, I coupon a lot so I can make donations to women in need, and I know that coupon/sale glitches are not fun for anyone in customer service. Today, I was having some technical difficulties and the staff was so patient and helpful the entire time while continuing to serve other customers as we worked together, I highly recommend this location.

This location is HORRIBLE!!! hours to get your prescription if they even have in stock!!! No customer service what so ever!!!

My prescription was sent here over two weeks ago, but they're still working on it, and then today sorry we have no record of it anymore. Apparently it wasn't filled in a timely manner so it was canceled. Good thing it's not life saving meds. Gotta find somewhere else because Walgreens has turned to utter crap.

Graham Walgreens used ti be professional and accurate. Now they have pharmacy tech s or a cashier answering the phones.thats ok but 3 most. Now the tech.says that I don't have a refill on my pain rx.I tell her it's a new script and she insisists that is not so.I ask to speak to the pharmacist who knows me n she snidely says "well she'll tell you the same thing" I insisted and yes she indeed found my current new script. This tech.is so igo testing she won't even listen to the patient. The pharmacist was professional and saw that I had a refill n said to come pick it up in 2 hours. I am getting tired of the rude untrained staff at this location.And then the poor attitude to boot.

I stopped by at 1:24pm to pick up a prescription. I have used this Walgreens for more than 25 years, and most all of the pharmacist staff know me personally. As I was walking towards the pharmacy the pharmacist was coming towards me. She stated that the pharmacy was now closed for lunch, (even though the stated lunch break is from 1:30pm to 2:00pm). Then after waiting till 2:05pm I finally got to pick up my prescription. I mentioned this to the staff member who finally was present to help me, and her response was total indifference when I mentioned switching pharmacies due to the lack of customer service and extended lunch breaks while customers waited. This is an on-going attitude at this pharmacy, and I am fed up and will be switching. I can only recommend others do the same.

Deserves 0 stars. Never seen a Walgreens close the whole pharmacy for a lunch break. Take lunch in shifts.

I'm only giving it two stars instead of one star (wish I could give zero,) because of the people that work outside the pharmacy. They've always been so kind.However, the pharmacy has made our lives extraordinarily difficult.They've deleted prescriptions, and then restored them incorrectly so we had problems for 6 months after that. Being just plain rude when we have spent a total of hours with them trying to correct it.They've been rude over the phone when we call to check to see if my partners medication is available because you cannot trust the app itself with this store.They tell us to check the app when they don't update the app, or they label things incorrectly so we have no idea what steps we need to take to correct whatever issue is being had.It's really upsetting that people are only trying to get their medication.This last phone call was the final straw. When asked if there was anything that we could do to get his medication quicker, we were told in a nasty voice "I don't know, call the manufacturer I guess?" Which is not helpful. A simple no would have sufficed.Due to insurance issues we can't switch just yet, but as soon as we can, I assure you, we will.

Be prepared to wait half hour in line for picking up prescriptions. Every time. Doesnt matter in line or drive thru.

Pharmacy is ridiculously slow. Not only filling the prescript, but to get someone on the phone! When people need medication, IT IS IMPORTANT! In the past I waited several days for a prescription only to finally get someone on the phone for them to tell me they didn't even have what I needed.

This pharmacy deserves 0 stars. It once was a good pharmacy, now it sucks! The drive-thru was closed for a week. The employees would rather wander around than wait on you, they lied to me about a prescription because they had "over 500 scripts to fill "so they didn't have time to do mine? I'm changing to Rite Aid, sure hope they are good. They use to be good. Maybe Graham is getting too busy for the small amount of pharmacists we have?

Honestly one of the worst pharmacies I've ever dealt with. They are lazy, inept, and sticking me with a severely high copay just because their electronic system is flawed and won't go the extra mile to get it resolved. Frustrated over the amount of time and phone calls I've had to make this morning!

Didn't have what I was looking for. But the staff was friendly. Store was clean.
