2 weeks, and they can't bother to fill it. Of course really nobody works here. Welcome to socialised medicine and mandatory experimental gene therapy.

The pharmacy hours are ridiculous! 9-6? That makes it very difficult to get prescriptions for the average working adult! I was a loyal customer of Rite-aid but unfortunately they are closing their Graham store. I think that I would rather drive to Puyallup to get my prescriptions from Rite-aid than deal with Walgreens’ lame hours.

I stopped by at 1:24pm to pick up a prescription. I have used this Walgreens for more than 25 years, and most all of the pharmacist staff know me personally. As I was walking towards the pharmacy the pharmacist was coming towards me. She stated that the pharmacy was now closed for lunch, (even though the stated lunch break is from 1:30pm to 2:00pm). Then after waiting till 2:05pm I finally got to pick up my prescription. I mentioned this to the staff member who finally was present to help me, and her response was total indifference when I mentioned switching pharmacies due to the lack of customer service and extended lunch breaks while customers waited. This is an on-going attitude at this pharmacy, and I am fed up and will be switching. I can only recommend others do the same.

Today you get 1 star Walgreens. I received a robot call from Graham Walgreens on Saturday April 23rd that my prescription, called in from my Doctor, was there. On Monday April 25th I called to see how much. Today I drove the 20 miles to pick up the prescription. I Pulled up at 1:25 pm. First she couldn't find me in the system and then she said it wasn't filled yet. She said she was going to lunch and I would have to come back later. The frustration of not being able to plan, or trust their lack of organization has promoted me to do my business elsewhere. I am just tired of not being able to get simple tasks completed and I am also tired of employees, when a mistake has been made will not remedy it quickly. I also think it's weird that a large busy store like Walgreens would be taking employee lunch at 1:30 in the afternoon.

Walgreens refuses to show me the data sheet on the covid-19 vaccine.... I wonder why. Probably because they're giving children poison.

When you when you call in a prescription seems that they need more than 24 hours to refill your prescription. I have run into this issue multiple times with this Pharmacy.

I have been using this Walgreens Pharmacy for almost 3 years and have never had a problem. The staff goes above and beyond.

My daughter went to our local Walgreens needing a prescription filled for my granddaughter. It was late in the day. Our Walgreens didn't have the medication in stock. The tech was so helpful. After calling other area Walgreens and not finding any in stock, she then called a rival pharmacy and ask them to fill it right away, even though it was close to closing. I'm grateful for Walgreens putting my granddaughter's health first. Thanks Walgreens!

I have had the same prescription for generic claritin filled there for over a year. First, it was on back order for almost a month. The second time, I ordered it, talking to the lead pharmacist, and went to pick it up...not ready for another 2 days. Frustrating. When I went to pick it up, the whole pharmacy staff was standing in a circle, chatting while I waited in the window for someone to notice me. Meanwhile, 6 cars had backed up behind me. Management may need to keep a better eye.

I was getting a picture on a cup from a recent trip. The staff came out to help me at least 3 people at the same time. I really appreciate them for that and walking me through it! Great people! She even shared her experience at the Bonneville Salt flats too!ðŸ˜

F*ck this pharmacy! My fiancé put in a new prescription yesterday and we got an email saying there were complications and that's it. He went to get his insulin (he's diabetic and could die without it) and they told him he doesn't have any refills left!! They did not give a s*** that this is a life or death situation! He drove away very upset that they didn't offer a single solution or apologize for not contacting us a letting us know he was out of refills! We work nights and he is super exhausted but has to figure out how to get insulin to f*cking survive! Screw all the people at this pharmacy!!
