“Very busy Veterinary Practice. I had to wait a while to check in and out. I appreciated the call from the veterinarian as I was informed of lab results and the outcome of the procedures. I did not feel as if the vet needed to hurry thru the phone call to move on. I was pleased that a tech came out and discussed again the procedure, expectations in the next couple of days, medications, and asked if I had any questions. I was happy that all that was done before bringing out my pets. I felt that my dog was cared for as she is tiny and underwent a surgical procedure. I had mentioned to the tech that the previous year, my dog had an allergic reaction following the same procedure the next day. He did go back and discussed it with the doctor. I liked the follow-up, though I was disappointed that there were apparently no notes in her chart that I had reported it last year. I was also a little annoyed that my female dog was referred to by the vet as a male, though I had corrected him previously in an email. A quick look at my account would have identified her gender for the doctor prior to talking with me. Overall, I am satisfied with Tahoma Veterinary Hospital.”

“If you are looking for a Vet for your fur baby I highly recommend Spanaway Vet.We took our boy here to be nuetered last week and they were amazing. We have a very vocal high energy boy and they told me ahead of time they are " experienced with spicy dogs" lol Also, after seeing other dogs there it made us realize our boy isn't the most spicy there is.They were great with every animal. Made the process so smooth, were very upfront about costs, not pushy at all, very informative and our boys surgery went well and recovering great! The vet tech pre-surgery went over what to expect and was so sweet with him and us. So much so he jumped on her in excitement then walked right off with her and didn't look back. We knew he was in good hands as he is a good judge of character.Thank you to all of the hard working staff at Spanaway Vet for making this a good experience for both Rocket and us! ?”

Our baby passed away very peaceful and quick. This made the start of our grieving a lot easier knowing when he passed it was peaceful for him.”

“I have been taking my pets to VCA Pacific Ave for over 30 years. Everyone who works there is kind, professional and knowledgeable. I’ve never had a bad experience with VCA. I brought my two dogs Juno and Falkor in today and had another wonderful experience. Juno has severe anxiety, especially when vaccines are administered. James was AMAZING! I have never seen Juno so calm and happily distracted when a shot was given, James has a gift! Thank you for making both pup’s experiences pleasant. Dr. Hurtado was also great! I appreciate the entire VCA staff. If you’re looking for a vet for your animal family members I highly recommend VCA! Additionally, their emergency care is top notch. “My dog was acting very strange by walking into things. I took him to Sumner vet who just gave him meds that did t help. After several visits to Sumer vet with no results I took him to Value Vet Clinic in Puyallup. The doctor immediately sent me to Blue Pearl for a MRI. Turned out my boy has a ruptured disk in his neck. At the time he was 10 years old. Fusion surgery was suggested. My insurance was used up for the MRI so I needed to wait until it renewed. My boy was in a lot of pain. I had to take him back to Blur pearl for a pain shot. They told me he would need another 5k MRI since it was over 90 days from his last one and with the surgery it would cost 18k. I asked if they could do pain management on him. They told me if I did t do the surgery they would not see him any longer. I was devastated. I went to Value Vet Clinic where the doctors prescribed meds. I am shocked at the results. I have not seen my boy so energetic in years. His tail is up, he is barking and excited like he was two years ago. I want to thank Value Vet Clinic for helping Boo have quality of like. I came very close to thinking I had to send him over the rainbow bridge. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. .”
