Bob always misdelivers my mail. I often get other people's mail, which I always return to them. I wonder how many pieces of mail I never receive? I've received mail for people and I can tell it's very sensitive envelopes. When Bob delivers my package to a different address that person usually keeps my package. Zero stars for Bob on the OK hyw route

I’ve been using this post office since I moved to the area 11 years ago. With the exception of one time when there was a couple day delay in delivering mail after it was being held while we were gone, I have always had great service here. Our mail delivery person is exceptional!

Mail lady left a note at the front door that no one was available to sign for a package when I was standing 20 feet from her in the driveway unloading my garbage can from my truck… I’ve had multiple issues in the past with the same person and the supervisor never addresses the issues.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. No one even tries to work or answer questions. No one picks up the phone. They tell you the case was resolved but , in fact, NOTHING was. Terrible !

Very under staffed and it shows in their performance. I have been there several times with slips saying I have packages to pick up in the office but when I take the slips to the desk they cant find them. I am sick and tired of having to go out of my way several times a day for something that should be picked up on the first trip. Most of the packages are for my husband so I don't have the tracking numbers to give them. I shouldn't need that anyway if the packages have been deemed delivered by both the sender AND the post office.

Update: This post office is a joke!!! I had 2 packages out for delivery today and they delivered one but the other was marked no delivery access. Can someone please explain that one? because what the actual heck!!Don’t count on being able to ever mail anything here. They always seem to have the window closed for one reason or another.

Nothing to do with my regular mail carrier, but everytime he goes.on vacation his sub is horrible. Monday I didn't get my mail, Tuesday when she brought me my package she said she put it in the mailbox. It wasn't Mondays mail. Wednesdau I left her a note and said I still never got my Monday mail. Thursday my neighbor called and said one of the other neighbors called her saying she had my mail. Today I had an Amazon package that was suppose to be delivered by USPS and mail person says it was left near the front porch. I was home mail person didn't even come in my driveway. I'm assuming she left it at the wrong neighbors again. I cannot go check because I cannot go on the road as it is a private road and was told I would get sued if I go on it.This substitute mail person needs to figure out her route as she has been doing it long enough. This route is one that goes down 224th into the country and then down to Jensen

It's been a couple weeks, but 2 of my packages showed delivered to my garage. I do not have a garage. And my packages were not anywhere on my property. I drove into the Graham post office to speak with someone about my packages being delivered but not to my address. The manager, Millie was very helpful. She located my packages and had a route carrier go back out to retrieve my packages that had been delivered to the wrong address and redelivered them to me. I had them within about an hour after Millie located them. I am grateful for Millie's quick investigation to find my packages and make things good. Thank you, Millie!! I appreciate you.
