“I visited this store when it first opened almost 20 years ago, and found myself there again recently. They were and still are super friendly and very helpful. I’d recommend anyone to visit RNR for great tire and wheel prices, but specially if you ever find yourself in a pinch financially. They have pretty good lease/rent rates for tires/wheels if you don’t have the $$ upfront to buy.”
“I always come to good o tires which was good tires before in parkland. Got my first set of tires here and have always got great service no matter who was behind the counter or in the shop they always go above and beyond from getting new tires to fixing a flat..like today I went in for a flat because a big screw went though it... they not open Sundays so I thought I would go to an other well known name that was open they took one look and said they couldn't fix it.. so waiting till today just incase I had to use my. Warranty and nope they where able to fix it right then. And where also looking for a replacement inside just in case they couldn't. This is why I go here they will get u back on the road as fast as they can and if for some reason they can't that day they will do everything thay can as fast as they can for u. From ordering part online and have it shipped there to running to other location to get the part they you need. Thank you for today's team Chris, Billy, and Cameron you all rock.”

“I have been coming here for all my tire needs for the last 7 years. They always have the best service. They don’t try to sell me something I don’t need. They go out of their way to help me fix my tire before trying to get me to buy a new one. I have come here countless times. I have even had them change the brakes a couple of times for me. I can’t recommend them enough. I went to Les Schwab once because I got a flat next door to it. I couldn’t convince them to just help me with the flat they just tried to sell me a $600 set of tires so I had my car towed to Baza with my AAA and they plugged the tire for $10.”

“I'm traveling from out of town and had a slow leak in my tire. I'd had my tires replaced before I left for my trip and I was worried about the cost of getting this repaired. My brother in law recommended discount tire in Bonney Lake. I arrived in the morning around 8:15. Sarah T greeted me when I got in and I told her that I had a leaky tire. s
She said let's go out and take a look. She scan all the tires, looked for the leak, got the mileage and my vin that kind of stuff. We went back inside, she entered everything into the computer and told me it would be about an hour wait. I was concerned that she was taking all the information just to fix the flat. They exceeded my expectations, the wait time was shorter, they said they found a screw in the tire and repaired it. “I personally love les schwab. They've continued to be customer service oriented and helpful.. although I can say that they kind of did me dirty and I need to address it with the local shop. But I admit some of it was on me as well.

“I came in to have my new to me travel trailer serviced. The service was excellent & kudos to the young lady who came out to show the boys how to unhook & hook back up the trailer. They also found a small wasp nest. No one got stung, thankfully! I'll definitely be back ?”
“They took care of the screw in my tire for free. They also gave me a very reasonable estimate for a new tire sensor. I waited inside for the work to be done. The waiting area is clean and reasonably comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and quite nice. The customer service is excellent.”

“Got a 1.5-inch Tuff Country leveling kit installed on 2018 Ram 1500 4x4 and alignment. Service was done in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Steering wheel slightly off center, but nothing to complain about. Would have liked an option to use a 2 inch kit instead from a better company like supreme suspension, but this is just until i do a full suspension lift, so it will work for now.”
“Never been to a shop for new tires and back on the road in less than an hour. 45 minutes at most and that was without an appointment. Excellent team work! Price was online with others. “Our Turo rental was losing air out of a tire and at $2.50 a pop to put air in it we went to Les Schwab. Great experience. Staff were friendly, tire was repaired at no charge. They found a temporary patch on a previous puncture was leaking. They put in a permanent patch and we headed over to Ellensburg and back for a few days, worry free.”
“I have been a patron of this store for 7 years. It was Best Tires up until last year. Under Best Tires I was confident when fitting my work truck and four family cars with tires at a fare price, good product, good warranty and superior service. The name on the Building is now Big O Tires, but all else is still a top notch service store. I found out they offer many other automotive services. Greg and the crew at Big O Tires did a great job today. Thank you.”
“Really great shop. They work hard, get things done correctly and efficiently, they are fast and really nice guys to deal with. The price was also WAY more than fair in contrast to big name tire stores. While they were working on my car and I was waiting, I also saw them treat a number of women customers very fairly and with a great amount of chivalry. I would send my girlfriend there without going with her. I will continue to use them for all my tire and wheel needs. You should too. These gentlemen go above and beyond to help.
The best tire shop! They work hard, do things correctly and efficiently. They work fast and are very good men to do business with. The price was much fairer than in large national workshops. When I was there waiting for my truck, I saw them doing business with several women. They treated them fairly, and like gentlemen. I would send my girlfriend there without accompanying her. I will continue to use that shop for all my tire and wheel needs. You must be the same. Those gentlemen go above and beyond to support their clients.”

“I just want to say Pedro was very upfront and to the point. I came in stressed and he was reassuring. I needed a rim and tire but he only had a tire and so he went out of his way to go and find the rim I needed. Once he went to change the tire, he realized I had a bigger issue. Tire rods were bent. He helped me towe it off his property and allowed me to call in my own mechanic to take a second look so that I was sure to be made comfortable and being done fair. He even spent another hr looking for a rim that would match my other rims since I didn't want to just buy brand new. His patience and generosity was greatly appreciated. I was surprised to see the negative reviews after having such a great experience.”
“Brent, the store manager, is awesome and totally saved my day! I was visiting the area and noticed a very concerning metallic grating/scraping sound as I started driving, something I definitely didn't want to hear as I had a 3+ hour drive ahead of me. A family friend recommended the Frederickson Firestone to get it checked, and as soon as I described the sound the Brent, he suspected the culprit; a quick reverse out of the parking spot confirmed his suspicions that a rock had gotten lodged in the rotor cover. Brent quickly popped the rock out of its location, and driving the car back into the spot confirmed the noise was gone. The whole process, from the time I arrived to resolving the issue, took less than 5 minutes. Thank you, Brent!”
