My wife stopped at several shops to get estimates for a small dent repair. Jeremy of Specialty Auto Body looked it over, popped it out and that was that. My wife went on her way. We both really appreciated that stand-up decision.Six months later I needed an extensive repair for my car. I got one estimate - here. Ryan’s estimate was accepted by my insurer, the job was completed perfectly and before the projected finish date.Hopefully I won’t need any other auto body repair, but if I do there is only one place I’ll use.

I had an accident in the car wash. Yes I did. Specialty Auto is going to fix it. I talked with Jeremy and he explained everything that needed to be done. He took his time even though he was busy. His son took pictures for the claim. His son is very knowledgeable.I will let you know when finished. I have heard nothing but great comments about this shop. I thought he only worked on old cars. Nope new ones too.

This place is awesome!! Mechanic's can be hard to trust. TRUST these guys! They work on all vehicles! Not just restoring old ones. no other collision/body shop would take my vehicle for 2 months after a rear end collision but they were awesome enough to squeeze me into their already busy workload. They used OEM parts and they were completely transparent throughout the whole process. It is a family run small business. The young son is now running the front end learning the business and customer service skills. I will send anyone who needs their car worked on.Service: Body & Trim

Recommended by a friend. Jer helped me get my poor totalled car to his place. Told me that getting the parts would be iffy for my Pontiac Vibe. He was right, no could do. He helped me resolve the roadblock that the insurance company had. My check is on the way. I will be referring my friend with the 4 dead cars that have been in his yard for years. This guy is effective and great to work with. That's probably why Joint Base Lewis picked him to do all their body work repairs.

Great work on our RV bumper. Very fast turn-around. The only way I could be happier is if we did not need the work. Highly recommend and will be back if if we need more body work.

Been here multiple times with both our vehicles. They do body work and mechanical work. Did a great job fixing rust off of truck amongst fixing and changing oil in my car.Definitely recommend.

Needed two batteries, one ASAP. Called the shop and had them in the next day at a great price. Jeremy brought them out and helped to put the one in my car for me immediately! Super swift service and super nice!! I'll come back for my auto needs for sure!
