The people that work here are the top %. Good job hiring manager. They work hard and take the time to know your name. This is continuously my favorite stop of the day. Love you, ladies and gentlemen. Have lived 5 mins away for years and refuse to go unless I have no other choice, terribly rude to the customers, never brews their coffee, shamed me for not being a cigarette smoker and the gas pumps don't work after they close but the hours say 24/7 so don't get stranded in the parking lot and told they're gonna have you towed if you don't push it down the street.

All of the negative reviews here are obviously not from people who live in a small town. I frequent this gas station and they are always friendly and accommodating. As someone who has worked in the service industry my whole adult life, these cashiers have no control over the issues they have there I.e the bathroom situation or the lack of modern gas pumps.. the laziness of their owner to not install proper gas pumps, or not give hard working older women respectable hours or pay is absolutely despicable in every sense. But it absolutely does not justify badmouthing the amazing ladies that work there. I live off meridian and have a gas station two miles closer to me but I will always come to this shell because the people who work there are REAL hard working women and men who deserve a lot better treatment from not only the owner of this facility but the Shell company itself. God Bless.

The food has always been great. Today I went in to get some and the gal who was not wearing gloves, was holding the corn dogs with no gloves and take temp readings and the arranging the food with her bare hands. She rang me up and took my CASH then went back to handling the food without even washing. This is not acceptable and its gross.

Clean gas station. Overall a very nice little place but the treasure in this bucket of gems is the JoJos. You have never had a JoJo like this JoJo. Ridiculous in size they are huge I ate three of them I'm more than full I don't think I'm gonna be able to work the rest the day I need to go home and take a nap right now delicious absolutely delicious even good for breakfast

Quickly loading up some gas before heading to Mt Rainier. Also northwest trek attraction is so close to this Shell gas station. Very convenient location. Highly recommend this place

Employees not following mask mandate.Edit: also i will be telling everyone about this in my area to not shop there. I know for sure i wont be. Its not difficult to follow a mandate.
