“I’ve been here twice now and I have not been disappointed with the service. I’ve had my resonator deleted previously, and today I had my O2 sensor 1 bank 1 replaced. Each trip I was sitting in house for less than an hour. The lady at the front desk is always so down to earth and nice. Prices are extremely reasonable as well. “I've been bringing my '84 Subaru wagon to Corey & the gang for a couple or so years now ever since he and his wife Lisa bought the business I've worked at for 15 years which is roughly the same time I've known them.
I've had her for 18 years. When I got her, she was at 106,000. Now she's at 268,000. A lot of work has been put into it restoring the engine to keep it running all these years.
All the guys really care about her. Even though we all joke about when it's going to be time to say goodbye and get a new car, they know how much I care about it to keep it running and this means a lot to me. They look hard to find the hard to find parts for me and they best job to to install those parts properly and efficiently. They've done a clutch, brakes, starter and alternator for me. Today was a valve adjustment. But it's also the extra mile they go when they find other adjustments that need to be in tune without charging an extra arm and a leg. Today, it was a shifter and front exhaust repair.
I always trust Klean Auto with my car and stay never steer me wrong.”

“Above and beyond customer service. It was raining today and my wipers broke so I didn’t want to risk driving to freeway. I went here to see if they have windshield wipers for my car (this is my husband’s go to place for his truck). They looked into it promptly and tried to see what they can do, unfortunately they didn’t as it has different connector and referred me to oreilly. They offered to spray rain-x, they wiped it down before I drove off, when they absolutely don’t even have to. Danny said it was for my safety (which I really appreciate). I offered to pay for the help, they refused. Thank you all 3!”

“Well I have been to 3 jiffy lubes in the last 2 weeks trying to figure out why I am leaking oil from my filter and this is the only one that has stopped the leak as far as I can tell, the first one said it wasn't tight enough the second said it was too tight, this one finally got it to stop leaking. I will be back in a week to check on it just to be safe.”
“Ok hands down 10,000% better than Jiffy Lube!!! Jiffy Lube quoted me $120.00 plus extra quarts at 13.99 ea. before they even got my name. Came to Chevron and they are honest upfront and kind! I got oil change, air filter and wiper blade for the less than Jiffy Lube quoted me! I am very pleased and will be back!!”

“My recent experience was horrible BUT the associate was Amazing Dave in the Auto Department, Showed patience, kindness, empathy, Great Customer Service and went above and beyond to help me. So I bought a tire online over 1week ago says 3day shipping.. I call 3days in row prior to going up there bc I wanna if a tire will fit my Mini or not, they have the tire Mike puts the tire aside Great!! Well when I get there Mike is gone and He was giving me the tire for $50 instead of $85 This needs to be verified so Dave does that, then we both realize It’s the wrong tire I did the search on the website and this was the size I was given (my mistake) bt checked in house and the tire I ordered looks like it was there bt no name or order number was associated with, and all the mangers left and he wasn’t trained in how to do this & I didn’t have an appointment and he was going to change the tire out (if we had the right 1)I appreciate that man a lot even tho he was unable to help, I sincerely felt like I mattered enough for time and effort it goes a loooooong way in our society! “I Love this place and the Manager of this department is amazing I literally got my oil changed last week and they were understaffed and she went above and beyond by coming in at the drop of a hat, walked in on her off day put her garage /gear/coat on, rolled up her sleeves and began to do oil changes side by side her team.She is Literally remarkable and definitely needs a raise or promotion!!!, and the team that stayed. There was only about two or three people total with an overflow of appointments. Last thursday was the day if I remember correctlyThat's true leadership!!. “Waited just a couple minutes before it was my turn, I drove in and they began working. It was like a nascar team was making a pit stop. I didn't even get out of my car. I enjoyed the staff making the process seamless and fast. It maybe took 15 minutes, maybe a little longer but I have a skid plate to remove and install. The price was standard, but use Groupon to get a discount. A full synthetic is $101 normally but $76 with a Groupon. You do have to pay tax at the location which is about $7. Highly recommend, I will be back.”
