So we are back and won’t ever fall for another corporate “special” again. The customer service is 110% better at Emerald and they don’t try to raise rates every month. So happy to be back with Emerald Self Storage.”

Vlad explained to me why the require 24-notice to access pods and it totally made sense. He told me it’s deep in there but I can get it out in 10 min! So personable and understanding truly got me out of a jam thank you so much! Will definitely be recommending this location and the PODS service to all of my peers”
