“My old phone finally died after 5 good years. I had gone to another location with no help and the workers not listening when I said it was dead and couldn't be charged; told me to go to best buy since they had no inventory of phones i was looking for. But the next day I called this location to make sure they had inventory which they did. Though the phone I was looking for wasn't in stick, Dwyane, helped me pick and set up my new S23 FE. All in all great customer service and no need to keep repeating myself. I'd go back for questions and concerns. This location is hidden in the corner next to a Starbucks and a really good Thai place I was recommended. Thanks again Dwyane, love my new phone and case!”

Isaiah was very knowledgeable, had great customer service skills and made this transition seemless. “Went in to add two lines to an existing plan. I was welcomed by Antonio. I let him know what I was looking for and that I was looking to keep costs low. He showed me some of the free promotional devices. He even gave me a recommendation for a newer device that was not yet on display.He activated and set up the devices. He was very personable and a significant improvement from my last in store MetroPCS experience (at another store).I'll be returning to this location when I decide to upgrade my own device.
