Many times particularly late night or weekends many times the atm is out of service or the screen is blank, very inconvenient. At times when I try to deposit cash it let's me go thru the procedure but then it won't accept the cash. This branch has many problems with their outside ATM. Also their mobile app constantly and frequently crashes

My 80 plus year old mother lives in Arizona. My fatherpassed away a few months ago . Needless to say she does not travel. I ( her daughter) lives in Tennessee and my brothers live in Washington state.She is wanting to my brother on her account but was told she had to do it in person! Have you people any compassion or common sense!?EVERYTHING can be done via phone, internet. Fax. Mail to name a few! Its time to change this ridiculous policy!My mom is so upset over this and I am just pi$$ed off! I told her to close the account if thats how they treat their customers!

I’ve been a customer for a couple years now. While they have some bright spots, there are a ton of frustrations trying to run a couple small businesses- sometimes they let me pull cash out in large sums, other times I have to argue to grab my company’s money out. Sometimes they make me sign a paper, sometimes they don’t.I brought a paper in for them to notarize once and it was the wrong paper- I found the correct one and they printed it for me so I can notarize it.Then today, I’m literally in the parking lot writing this, I walked in assuming they would be willing to print another paper for me so they could notarize it for me. Not this time, I have to go find another place to print then come back to have them do it.The Puyallup Branch Downtown has always been phenomenal, but the others I have gone to are mediocre at best.I have had them stop payments close to 50 times, on auto payments to places that I have been paying for a while “due to fraud”.Changing banks is always a nightmare, but I think after this slow season I am going to try out another place. I can’t handle all of this inconsistency, it is really frustrating.Lastly- I don’t like to write bad reviews- it is not great, but what else should I do? Stand and argue with the bank teller/bankers each time? I’m not doing that. I come in thinking it will take a few minutes based on my last experience- not it take an hour because I have to drive 50 blocks to a printing place.A couple positive notes- the woman who helped me last time was great as well as well as many of the female tellers that I have worked with.They time that the over all system costs me is no longer worth the few people that I really like here.

Please provide Daryl and Amber with additional training. Their customer service skills need some work. They found every excuse and reason not to assist me. I went to do a deposit for work and they started naming off these policies that I was never told of the other 15 times I’ve done a deposit at this branch. If they truly were enforcing these supposed policies that none of the other tellers followed then whole branch needs some training and needs to be consistent. I understand following “policy” but what I do not tolerate is poor customer service and Amber acting stuck up and being very unwilling to help me. Please get this girl some basic training on basic customer service skills she could really use it. Will be posting this on the BBB as well.

For days I was having issues with my card, when I came in yesterday the teller was rude and impersonal. At the same time waiting to be seen I've watched them act very differently with other customers, laughing and engaging in conversation. A few ladies are very nice but most I have interacted with there just made me uncomfortable.

I had pulled around the front of the bank building to enter the drive thru depository with the live teller at the rear of the building 3 minutes before their closing time. The gentleman inside, saw me pull around and i noted this due to him looking at me in the car. This was 4:57pm I was relieved that i had caught them in time since this is my only day off this week and i handled several personal appointments today. I had grabbed my check that i already had signed and reached for the canister in the pneumatic tube, then they closed the window on me and shut down. I pulled around to the front to find the bank doors already locked. He looked at me from across his desk and shook his head back and forth in a No gesture. Wow, it wasn’t 5pm yet! First time in my life i have felt unimportant to a bank. I guess my funds nor my business were important to them. My checks don't’ go thru the ATM for some reason. The system does not except them. I have gotten great service in the past, but with three tellers behind their desks a few minutes before closing i surely would have appreciated these tellers giving me a few moments of their time for a bank deposit. I will have to wait a week until i can deposit again. My work is short staffed due to COVID leave of absences and it has become very difficult to leave for lunch. I work in a Service based industry as well and I would have felt terrible leaving a client the way I had felt today. I hope that next time you folks want to leave a little bit early, you would be willing to be considerate enough to consider the person on the other side of the door next time this happens.

Everytime i visit this bank theres only one teller working and 5 people waiting its always a waste of my time because they apparently cant afford more staff or something.

Wish I could leave a no star rating. Absolutely horrible service. First and last time we come to this location. Bali the teller was very rude, judgemental and had the nerve to act as if we had fake paychecks. Saying that words on printed on the check weren't standard yet it's the same checks we been cashing for over 5 years. Then had the nerve to get an attitude because we asked to cash and deposit because of the holiday. Seriously lady. Rude. Will never deal with your location again.

I had an account with this "bank" for 6 months, and it was by far the worst experience of my life. I don't know about other key bank branches but the branch in Graham Washington has no concept of custormer service. As an example, one time I walked in to the lobby and was the only non-employee there. The two tellers were doing nothing but talking to each other and laughing about some inside joke. They completely ignored me for several minutes and then finally the older gentleman sort of looks in my direction and just stares, no "can I help you" or "next" or anything else. Finally after about a minute of this he kind of nods his head, which I guess was "your next". So after 6 months of this non-service I decided to close my account. But today (Aug 15) I needed to break a $100 so decided to go through the drive through and asked the young man on duty if he would do this, he said sure and so I begin to load my bill in the vacuum tube container but am interrupted when I hear this woman in the background scream "if he doesn't have an account we can't help him" , I then proceed to tell them that I just closed my account a few days ago, well they don't care, no account then no way will they break a $100. My god how can this place stay in business with such horrible people!!!

I've had nothing but problems with this bank lately. ex: 2 days ago - random -$4000 balance with ZERO ACCOUNT ACTIVITY!!when it magically resolved itself hours later, I pulled all but what I needed to pay my bills that are DUE NOW and what happens??? another negative balance with NO EXPLANATION OR ACCOUNT ACTIVITY SHOWING. Now I have to put in a claim for the late fees that this bank has caused for no reason whatsoever...Of course I have had ZERO communication from their side...GIVE ME MY MONEY!!DO NOT BANK WITH THIS SORRY "COMPANY"

This is the third time a teller has deposited monies I requested be deposited into my checking, but she deposited into my savings by error. It made me be overdrawn twice. What is so hard about getting the correct account credited, especially when the account numbers are different? I will stick with the other branches on Meridian from now on.
