Customer beware!!! If you don't check in an appointment on-line and you just walked-in for a hair cut. They, the stylist will keep you sitting there and take anyone that walks in after you that checked in online first regardless of the time you walked in and they checked in online. The sign says in the window that they take walk-ins, but what it needs to say is "walks-ins will be serviced last." Pretty disappointing. The only positive thing I was pleased with was Jackie who has a friendly, prompt, professional service. Thanks Jackie.

I came in on a whim to get my haircut. Was greeted and felt welcomed. Jenn ended up being my stylist. I showed her a picture of what I wanted for my hair cut. I have extremely thick hair and I wanted a cut pixie cut. I also have curly/wavy hair. She actually took the time to walk me through how she would cut and what it would lay like due to the curls. She took the time to ensure I would like my haircut. Absolutely an amazing stylist!

I asked for a low taper and a little trim in the front, she cut my sideburns super high and she only used a 0 she never faded anything she look to her coworker and asked for help this was a simple hair cut it was just a low taper I want to talk to the person who said she can cut hair

I've been tryingto grow my hair out for the past 2 year with dealing with postpartum hair loss and health issues so I was finally feeling good about my hair growth . I told her I had been trying to grow my hair out and told her it had been a struggle . So I had gone in with the expectation of just having a little dusting and some layers put in to make it look more full , well before I even realized what was happening she was wacking away at my hair and took so much length off and left these wierd high up layers that I couldn't even do anything with . I was so heart broken because all my progress was gone and I was in such shock I didn't even say complain and I tipped. I ended up going to ulta to have it fixed not even sure if they could and she was dumbfounded and said it looked like a lawnmower had run over my head and added a mullet to top it off , the layers are literally on the top of my head . If my hair grew fast this wouldn't be a big deal but I feel like she disregarded what I wanted and just did what she wanted . I literally went home and cried . This is the worst hair cut ive ever had in my life .Ulta had to cut so much more off just to even slavage a shape because of the "layers". Save yourself and spend more money to get a good quality cut .

Never NEVER again. Choppy. Didn't follow a guide line. Actually started on the side and horizontal at that. Just sick. Oh, and she cut into and cut out my hairline on the side of my head. NEVER AGAIN.

I just got a haircut here and the woman cutting my hair was very friendly, she made conversation. She also listened to my requests and was enthusiastic about it. In past experiences, I've had haircuts that weren't what I wanted, and this time was better.
