i hate giving bad reviews but literally, I AM SAVING YOU!! read ahead if you'd like the explanation. i attached pictures for reference. so i showed her the 2 inspiration photos before we even started. i said i wanted EVERYTHING the exact same. length, shape and color/glitter. i said "can you do this" and she confidently said "yes". i even asked her the price for everything including a nail remove and she quoted me $75. cool, works for me. she aggressively took off my old nails causing 2 of them to bleed, one of them bled really bad. she pulled out the nail tips after removing my old nails and before she even put them on me, i asked her if she had straight nail tips instead of the curvy ones and she explained these weren't curvy. i said "ok" and she proceeds to put one on my nail, come to find out, they were im fact curvy. i said "these are curvy" and another lady said something in their language i think telling her to use the other ones which were the ones i asked for in the first place. fast forward-- she does the acrylic and shape. i look at the finished hand before she started the other one and it was NOTHING like what i showed her. i told her and she argued with me. she did the other hand saying it will be what i want when it's done, it was NOT. i asked for hell with another lady, who attempted to fix my nails but couldn't. i didn't have time to redo everything as i already spent over an hour and had prior plans. so next thing i know the lady trying to fix my nails is gaslighting me and telling me my nails looks like the pictures & i told her no, they look nothing like what i asked for. i go to pay AFTER ALL THAT and she said "i know she quoted you $75 but ill only charge you $70 today" and i said "after all that, and im leaving with 2 bloody nails you're still going to charge me $70?!" she said "yes" i said "ill do $50 knowing you still used materials on me that cost money" and said "no not $50. you pay me $60" so i said "fine." WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER.

Over priced for the services I paid for and the services are not quality. Our pedicures were very rushed and she didn't scrub our feet. After my manicure I had a sopt in my nail that she noticed and didn't even take the time to fix and I had glue and dip powder all over my finger tips.I said I wanted a full set if dip nails with a little length add and she only applied a dip coat to my natural nail. She asked if it was the right thickness/ color I said looks like the right color then she filed half the color. I decided to not have them do daughters manicure there, so I took her across the street to Central nails as there spa is so much cleaner and welcoming and the prices and much better.

Tammy is great! The staff is very nice and they aim to please. Never have a problem getting an appointment. Reasonably priced as well.

Called and made an appt for Sat. morning , showed up on time they are full. Told them we made an appt. they said 5 min. We waited 11 min. and left, as we left we got sorry. The work is not top notch which I'm good with but the lack of being able to manage simple appt. is not ok.

save your money and do it yourself. definitely not a spa experience. my 12 minute pedicure was $55 dollars. I wondered why I could get in without an appointment and nobody was there, now I know.
