My experience was above my expectations. The customer service was friendly and very helpful. The estimate and vehicle problems were explained in detail. The price of service was reasonable and availability of future repair appointment was excellent. I will be using, and recommending, Graham Auto Repair for my future services and repairs. They also give a little gift with each visit, very thoughtful.

If there was a way to subtract stars I would, I don’t recommend them at all. I feel their tactics were misleading and under handed.

Excellent Customer Service. I haven't had an opportunity to drive my RV yet to assess my mechanical results ,however my mechanic went over and above to service my vehicle, I'm sure it's Stellar, as was my whole experience!!!!

Gave me a quote then when I tried to pay on a later date they upped the quote cuz of the possibility of their techs breaking parts and extra services that had already been done a week prior to dropping it off. I've never used a shop that charges people for what the techs break. I feel if your techs are breaking part then the shop is liable.

More than impressed! Phenomenal customer service, super knowledgeable staff, and the nicest facilities I have ever seen for an auto service shop. This is a business that gets it by paying special attention to every detail. This all made me feel really comfortable dropping my vehicle off b/c I knew they would do the job right, which is so important. Great job and I look forward to servicing all of my vehicles with Graham Auto Repair!

I moved to the Graham area last year, so far I’ve brought both of my kids cars in this shop has been amazing! So helpful, quick and I absolutely love the digital self-service options. I was surprised to see that they even take videos of repairs that they’re working on, I absolutely love this team we are lifelong customers!!

I have taken two of my vehicles to Graham Auto Repair and have had great results each time. It is hard to find honest mechanics that show you pictures of the problem areas and work with you to get the issues rectified.
