You have to call a call center in order to talk to someone about a part. Also, you cannot pull your own parts anymore apparently.

Wednesday 10:30 am. People in the front desks all look and acted like they haven’t slept in days, when I asked for help, one lady was kinda helpful, the others were eating or just trying to look busy, because they were all talking to each other as soon as I stood in line, some just stared at their screens, others were just eating. Inventory there sucks, according to employees. I went to go look for myself and it does really suck. Employees said a part might be in inventory, but if it’s not around the car, who knows we’re it might be. They didn’t offer to have someone pull parts out the car. I hope the owner and manager read this because they could be loosing on more business or money from people like myself or people who experience similar situations like the one I just went through. over the phone on the 188# number you call and people there like they are really trying to help you find the part you are looking for, unlike the people working in this location. Hopefully things change so they won’t have people wasting their time, driving over an hour, just to have a disappointing experience like I did.
