“The best body and repair shop, by far. Personal care and attention given by Kyle and his helper. I was referred to this shop by an acquaintance and after speaking with Kyle, I brought him my 2019 Silverado 2500. The damage to the fender was significant but what Kyle uncovered in the tear down was unbelievable. The truck had been in a pretty significant collision just 11 months earlier and it was repaired by one of the big chain shops. It never seemed quite right after getting it back from those guys and it had several minor issues they needed to resolve but that I hadn’t had time to take in for. That repair had been just shy of totaling out the vehicle and it took them 6 months. Well upon tear down, Kyle discovered that the repair was not at all done to industry standards. There were spacers behind the bumper so that it would sit straight on the vehicle and a number of other very suspect repair items. I was extremely upset knowing that the other shop had tried to pass off crappy repairs on me. Thankfully, Kyle went to bat for me. He set up meetings with the endurance rep and the collision company and pointed out all that was incorrect. He got them to pay for it and for a rental truck for me while he got to work repairing the vehicle correctly. This truck has never been so sweet. The repairs are flawless, everything works as it should and I’m loving my truck again. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. He doesn’t have the kind of advertising budget that those chain shops do, and his shop is next to his house, but don’t let that fool you: Graham Auto Craft is legit. If you want your collision repair done right and the vehicle restored to like new, call them and you won’t be disappointed. The attention to detail and the tireless obsession to make sure I was happy makes me never want to use another shop again. It’s rare to find people who take this kind of pride in their work anymore. I hope I don’t ever have another need for collision repair but if I do, they have ny business and they should have yours too.”
