Purchased a vehicle, seller never gave us bill of sale. COVID-19 hit, our DMV was closed for 2 months, once they reopened they will not let me title the vehicle without a bill of sale. Seller is now out of business and I'm stuck with a huge paper weight I cannot legally take ownership of, even though I have paperwork from the seller and the seller has my money.

If you are looking for an inexpensive car, this is the place. The owner is retired but still maintains his license and sells a few cherry picked cars. You can call and ask what he's got or special order a vehicle and he's always friendly and helpful.

The people that run Alpine are great! Low down payment and very low monthly unlike those other places with "in house" lending. Our family has gotten 2 cars from them and we are still driving them around. If you are looking for a cheap but reliable car go here!
