I can almost find everything I need here for my constant DIY projects. If I can't find it then one of the employees is always willing to assist me. The ONLY problem I have with this store is that the shoplifters have been so prolific that the staff has no choice but to assume everyone is a thief. I don't like the feeling that I can't be trusted, Employees surreptitiously eyeballing my every move. I get it, and because it's such a common occurrence, the staff really has no choice. I don't know what else they can do but I'm sharing my own POV so others going there to shop don't take it personal. It's a shame that the thieves have ruined it for so many customers. Don't let my opinion stop you from shopping there because it's a great place to find more than just hardware and the staff really do a great job with customer service assistance.

We were at the Ace on Mt Hwy and forgot to get some other plumBing stuff. THey had it here. A lady took the time to show us where my part was since the been on the shelf was empty. WE did the keys we forgot yesterday and though the guy had a hard time making them....they all work just great. Thanks ACE

I went into your store to pick up butane fuel. The First worker didnt know what butane fuel was and sent me to one end of the store. The second worker i talked to guided me to the propane. When i told him i didnt see any butane he said sorry and walked away. Worst employees i have ever delt with.

Drove all the way there from Orting for curbside pick up and was then told my item was out of stock. So it was a huge waste of my time. I really wanted to rate it a big fat zero but then I couldn't comment.

Better Customer Service will be very hard to find. Came, wanted two wheelbarrows...they only had one assembled...10 minutes later they had another ready togo...THANKYOU! The whole staff was OBVIOUSLY trained in really, REALLYGOOD Customer Service...it shows!!! 100%, AAA+++...

Attentive staff, just watch out for the lady that sometimes asks about your home, not sure why they let someone in there bother the customers? Knowledgeable and friendly.

This is one of the best hardware stores around.I am unable to walk so when I get to the store I call and the sales person comes out and helps me in.My car.Gotta love this place.
