I went to use the ATM, there was no line. I walked up to the ATM, used it and then I left. Very fast visit with no human interaction.

Always found them to be very friendly, helpful and willing to find ways to work around obstacles that come up. Even when we weren’t able to get something/a particular service, it wasn’t due to the branch staff’s efforts - they always did their best to help. Much better experience than we had across the street!

wow. Please dont bank here. I set my mother up with an account to recieve ssi after my father passed. I asked for help with remote balance inquires. Four calls later, im still on hold...20 minutes. Its a tiny bank in a tiny town and its crazy that they cant help me. They like to use ANY excuse for delay. Very poor cust. service. I guess the only way to check is to go down to ATM. There is another small bank in town that is exceptional. Riverview, ive been banking there for years and they would never have left me hanging like this. I will close my CR account asap, and would advise anyone to do like wise. Riverview finaced my car, and home. CR wouldn't even consider it. the jokes on them amy morgage has never been late...9 years now. anyway, still on hold...30 minutes. Good luck with these jokers. they have changed names and policies several times, No wonder they can't stay open.

We have been with Columbia for the last 3.5 years since moving here. Toni, Kristina and Debbie have been there the whole time, know us and our teenagers (they have accounts too) by name and are very friendly. Recently Anthony, the manager, has been helping us with a home loan. We have been pleased with their easy online banking and very friendly staff.

Columbia bank does transactions like any normal bank would. They also have a drive-thru, not too busy. Staff is friendly, just dont be rude.

Been going to this Columbia bank for two years. Started my bank experience with Columbia in The Dalles. Goldendale ladies in the front were always kind and very nice. Lady in the desk right hand corner is a ride woman and I left the bank because of her crappy attitude.
