The guy with long hair and big bald spot in the middle is inpatient. He does not want to do his job and is very rude. He also filpped me off with his stupid rubber gloves. Can't understand him with his black mask on.

I am so tired of the Gold Bar post office not doing their jobs and holding our mail hostage! It is posted that they are open until 11am on Saturdays to get packages and yet I was unable to get 2 of mine today because the employees dont want to do their jobs! Why are we paying them? And their rates keep going up as well! I will be looking for somewhere else I can get mail since I work during the hours they are open and half the time my packages are held instead of put in a parcel locker or my PO Box. I'm also filing a complaint with the post master, not that I think that will do anything. There was a time the postal service was reliable, but that time has long since passed!

I have extreme patience and am respectful to people. But I was met with such disrespect and was dismissed the entire interaction with I believe his name was Edd. I went in for a package that said the customer asked to be held at the office which I did not and once I shown the message where it said that he went to look for a minute than came back and said it’s return to sender and it’s not here. I then explained that it says it’s here on the updated delivery status and I was met with “I’m telling you what I’m telling you it’s returned to sender” numerous times. Now I have patience but I was cut off numerous times during conversation and made to feel stupid. I ended up leaving and just calling the USPS customer service and was told that it didn’t make sense becuase if it was returned to sender the status should say that which it didn’t. The next day I got a call saying my package was found at the post office. I went back to retrieve my package was told the same thing from Edd that my package was returned to sender. I explained again that I was contacted that my packages were here just tucked away and I got a call from someone this morning that it’s here only than did he actually look and came out with 5 of my packages. Terrible customer service.

Worst post office ever. I am disabled from a car accident recently, I don't have a car, I just started an at home work job which I had to order supplies for, being shipped USPS. I have a driveway that is about fifteen feet. On camera I watched the mail man put mail in my mailbox hold my package, and then take it with him on the truck back to the office. Then my amazon package was marked "Customer Request" left at facility. Amazon just says its running late. I had to watch my mail man, NOT deliver my package to investigate where the f*** my package went. I have no one in a 50 mile radius to give me a ride. I have to find someone available during the post office hours, pay this person for their gas and time to come to Gold Bar and back to their home, and again, disabled, I can't walk. So now I have to wait in line with my walker in tremendous pain. This driver should be fired. They are paid good money to deliver mail. In Florida my mail man brought packages that didn't fit into the mail box to my door all the time. What do they do with M or L flat rates? Do they just keep them all at their facility?? What ever driver that does the route off HWY2 Picklefarm Rd, Mountain View Pl, is a lazy piece of s***. This isn't the first time they have done this either. They did it with a cell phone three times in a row. It took three times for me to figure out they just didn't want to leave it at the door. I kept telling the cell phone carrier they must have mailed it to the wrong place. NOPE my mail man is just lazy. I don't even have a notice in my mailbox that tells me I have a package waiting at the Post Office. Im reporting this to Amazon that whoever does my specific route is a theif. Stole my package. So they need to seek this post office and that employee out for reimbursement. Because I ordered my item and paid shipping, my drive way is normal, and I never have a problem getting items from Amazon delivery or anyone else, I should not have to do extra work to find out why my items aren't at my door when Amazon told me they would be there at that specific time. According to Amazon, USPS is running late. Nope, USPS is lying and said I requested to have my package held at the office. Why the hell would I do that? It's damn near impossible for me to get anyone to help me go anywhere!! Especially on post office hours!!! I have had to miss 4 days of work trying to get this equipment. Food off my table. I hope their mail truck tires get slashed and they have to miss work, and miss earnings and have to tell their children sorry, karma is a b*tch cuz I ripped off a disabled person!

I use them to send packages I have pre-paid postage for. Process is easy and haven't had any lost packages. Good experiences.

THE WORST POST OFFICE EMPLOYEES EVER. They told me 3 times they would call me about a box at my home.Never did!! They were dismissive and Rude every time!

Most of the reviews are about the mail carrier and packages left on doorsteps or mis-delivered mail. My review is regarding sending packages while being in lobby of the mail office. Lots of people come in rushes and currently there is only ONE person working, who I ALWAYS have a wonderful interaction with. She works hard and does her best with everyone waiting in line. We have all been there, when there is a line and you can only go as fast as you can go. She is pleasant every time I see her and my packages have always arrived to where I am sending them. Personally, I have had great service with them and I very thankful.

Bad bad place they lose my packages all the time by delivering them to the wrong place I even talked to them twice and stopped the mail person all they said was yeah I just delivered to I said to wrong place again they said leave a letter for ur regular carrier what a joke

every single time I get something from this usps in gold bar wa my packages say delivered when they are not and take forever to get here or my stuff is just missing or something else wrong why isn't anyone doing anything about this crap organization why are we allowing this and Now they are doing later deliveries why so they can get paid and do less work like always why are we allowing this stupid useless usps to keep going they need to give it back to sultan wa post office they always did a good job if there's a lawsuit id love to join it and so would my family and friends

I had a 3' x 1' x 2' box that they repeatedly told me couldn't be delivered because it wouldn't fit in the delivery drivers car. I had to take 3 hours off of work to go pick it up. When I went to go pick it up they said if we delivered this package then we would only be able to fit like 7 other packages. They told me it was undeliverable.
