Be forewarned. We've endured several highly unsatisfactory and ineffective encounters with incompetent staff at the Gig Harbor Xfinity store. Their lack of product knowledge combined with a pervasive culture of rudeness and disrespect should be investigated by Comcast management.

Very impolite manager at this store. I wanted my internet speed increased, they could not tell me when that would take effect. So, I asked them to put me back on the old speed and forget it.They said they could not do that and I would have to call the billing. Then they asked me to leave.

We switched our phones to our xfinity plan. Tyler was excellent in helping us. Very knowledgeable and professional. Made the process very pleasant.Thank you Tyler.
