This is the worst site to pay for. We are literally trying to pay our bills and the site is always down or something with its payment system. I should be charging YOU for the time spent trying to pay this bill every month. NOT CONVENIENT. GET A NEW SITE!

Shut my water off. no notification, no email , snail mail nothing. its also an air bnb so guest not happy. my account was set up on auto pay and all of a sudden it stopped and cant get into my account with my correct credentials. what an absolute mess this company is.
