Location has gone down hill. They’re short staffed and no longer hand dry your car. There’s 3 people just standing at the entrance like they aren’t sure what they’re supposed to be doing.

Great place to get truck washed. A little expensive but worth the money. The wiper at the end did a great job drying my truck. Even wiped the back window which nobody ever does. Wish I would have got his name.

Self wash,$5 to start water, the spray apparatus is plenty long to navigate around and over an SUV. Spend $10 and the clock auto resets for an extra 5 minutes- something to consider. Wash brush is really soft- leaves no scratches. It is on opposite wall from water so takes up a bit of time to switch sides- much more effective to have two people washing. There is a hand held blow dry option- did not use. The token to change machine gives tokens, not change. Did not take time this trip to vacuum, though there are some on site, as well as handheld shampoo tool.

Best carwash in Gig Harbor. I understand the challenges with staffing a business like that and I'm satisfied with what I get for my monthly subscription. When something breaks, they fix it in a reasonable amount of time. They do a good job of staying open when there are spot showers so we can still get our cars washed. Thank you.

We’ve been supporting this car wash in Gig Harbor since it was The Great White Carwash. The service has degraded recently to the point where it is a waste of time and money. We paid for the top of the line option on May 17 that included the interior to be vacuumed and the mats scrubbed. Unfortunately they were short staffed that day and couldn’t do the interior portion of the purchase. MW said in lieu of a refund he would initial the receipt and when we returned they would honor the receipt and perform the services paid for. On 6/4 my wife returned and MW was no where in sight. She showed an employee the receipt and he took possession of the car. About 20 minutes later she got the car back and she noticed that the mats weren’t scrubbed as paid for and the employee responded by shrugging his shoulders and saying “You have to ask for that specifically” and walked off. All we got was the floors vacuumed for $56.00 plus a tip (given before she saw the omission). I’m sure they won’t notice the loss of our business but you can bet I will share this experience with my friends and colleagues to avoid this “business“.
