James and Dawn at the Yelm location are great, they provide the best customer service I have ever had in a storage facility. The spaces are ALWAYS clean, competitive prices and they are very accommodating!!!!!

This facility has real gate and access problems! Don't count on getting your things when you want get them. I have literally been locked out of my unit more times than I've been able to get in the unit.
