I am so impressed with this agency. Alyssa helped me with my purchase on the exchange last year when I couldn't even get other companies to return my calls. This year my mom needed help with her Medicare choice because the plan she was on wouldn't cover her Parkinson doctor anymore. Susie spent 2 and 1/2 hours with my mom helping her find a plan that would cover ALL 9 of my mom's doctors and the plan is even maybe a little cheaper.

Frank and his team are very knowledgeable, I called with a bunch of questions and within 10 minutes he had me feeling much more confident and ready to move forward. He stuck to his promise of turn around time to have my insurance and bonds ready to go. I went down to introduce myself and I was welcomed by a full team of happy people that were excited to help me get my business off the ground. I 100% recommend their services, I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Very good service and very helpful. I called and got health insurance for my husband and I within 10 minutes. We also went with them for our Homeowners/Umbrella/Auto/Motorhome and Motorcycle Insurance and is saving us $1,433 per year.

Alyssa Rodriguez has been a great help! I was paying month to month and stumbled across her company and they sent me to her and I have not regretted the decision. I was thankfully in the position to be able to buy a policy for a whole year and got an agreeable rate and coverage that met all my needs while also saving me over $1,000 in the course of the year. Also, when my current policy was up she helped me get a shorter term policy with more coverage after I had my car accident, which honeslt surprsied me as I got a siimlar rate but more extensive coverage. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the coverage I needed and didn't push me to get any other plans that did not benefit me. If you go anywhere, go to Sound Business Insurance and ask for Alyssa!

Terrific experience reaching out to them when I was in the search for an Individual health insurance plan. I had called over 20 other company from the Health Insurance Exchange and not one called me back. Not only did Alyssa call me back quickly but she took a ton of time with me and really helped me make a decision that would be best for me and my kids. She gave me information on dental plans I didn't even know were open to me, and no one had explained in all the past years.

Frank and his team have been excellent. After contacting different insurance agents, they were the only ones that contacted me right away and were able to provide me good insurance at a reasonable price for my business. They also help me renew my business bond at a lower price.
