My husband and I went yesterday to look for beds, no sure what we actually needed. We were so lucky to have met Amy at the Gig Harbor store. Amy asked all the right questions to get us exactly what we needed. She was very honest letting us know that we didn't need to get more bed than what we needed. I even went back to say that I was thinking of upgrading our purchase and again, Amy told me that it would be wasting our money. Also, Amy is such a nice person I'll probably just stop in to visit with her, since i won't need a new bed for years and years. Thank you Amy!!!

We went in to check out the beds we had heard so much about and liked what we saw...we bought one. Deb the store manager, helped us and was very thorough, patient and enjoyable to work with. We're looking forward to getting it delivered.

I called the store and spoke Matthew to begin and then due to my situation, he got Deb, the manager to help me. I am currently in San Jose and having a new house built in Port Orchard, due to be completed in July.Deb helped me with all my questions and scheduling for purchase of a new bed, base and accessories on the phone. I will visit the store next month when I am in WA.Deb is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Matthew is the same. Appreciate all they did for me.

We would not have made our Sleep Number purchase without the help of Deb Crowder. She knew right away what bed would work for my husband and I, she listened to our individual needs and concerns.I am not sure we would have made this purchase without her knowledge and expertise.
