Wow! Get your nails done with Melisa!!! I have been getting my nails done in the Gig Harbor and Port Orchard areas for 25 years and have with mixed results! But in the last 5 years have had 2 toe infections and a blood virus takings months to heal with antibiotics from unclean tools...this runs rampant in this industry! Notice ... did they open up a new sterilized packet of tools for each client? Mostly NO....Well Melisa does and new files and scrubs!!! She is fantastic! Go to her if your at all concerned with your health!!! Plus she is an enjoyable lady!! Thank you Melisa!

If you're a blonde lady, then this is the place.
I've asked for platinum blonde and always get a yellowish blonde. Mandy is amazing. They have wonderful staff. It's beautiful inside, and you get free coffee or coco while you wait. My daughter got a haircut before as well it was an awesome haircut. I got full foils root smudge with oleyplex treatment plus a cut. I absolutely love it. Mandy is awesome!!!

Curly girls listen up!!! This is a great salon for our tribe! Brenda is amazing! I have been going to her for 5 years and have never had a bad cut. I get compliments on my curls, all day, everyday!

Zenee has done my hair for the past 3 years, since I moved over the bridge! Today she did a simple color and cut and I think this is the best my hair has ever looked! I’ve gotten a lot of spontaneous compliments!

I just moved to the area and I was so nervous to find a new hairdresser. I had gotten a referral to Tiffany and I am so happy to find my go to now! She was so kind, listened to my concerns and made me feel confident my hair would turn out as planned. It turned out exactly as expected and my hair is so healthy now! Can’t wait to go next time and highly recommend her.

My massage by Amy was perfect. I get agitated by light touch so I told her that I needed deep massage. She listened and maintained that level throughout. She’s confident in what she does and even incorporated some deeply needed stretching into my session. I felt like she let my body guide what she did and the experience felt fully customized to my needs. Excellent.

I think this place is very nice and I had a great customer service during my appointment with Wren. However, the hair I got was just not it. To get my medium brown to a nice blue took roughly 8 hours in the salon. In addition, the color lasted maybe less than a month and turned out to be patchy looking with greenish/blue and blonde showing through the blue. Due to this not being the first time I’ve had my hair professionally done with a unique color. After this appointment I was shocked at how much transfer dye I was getting. It was dying my hands, pillow cases, and everything else it touched the entire time. Whereas, other times I’ve had my hair done it was very little to no transfer. Another thing was my haircut. I liked how it turned out in the end, however I felt like while conversating with Wren she forgot what I was asking for. She had cut my hair and showed it to me, but it wasn’t what I had requested. I had to remind her about what we had talked about with getting layers up higher in the middle. As much as I hate to leave a negative review, I wanted to let others know that this could happen to them. In the end, I had to pay another hairdresser to recolor and recut my hair to how it should have been done in the first place.

Salon 302 is great and offers a nice welcoming feeling. I just had my hair cut by Tiffany and she was fantastic! She listened exactly to what I had to say (I have long hair) and was very patient with me as I have had some bad experiences before and am always nervous when it's time to get my long hair cut!. All I can say is "Thank you Tiffany"!!. I appreciate your patience and talented skills! You have a new client:)) I would recommend her highly!

I had scheduled an appointment for a manicure a few days in advance. I showed up, waited, waited….waited more and then an hour later I finally asked someone where my person was. Turns out she was “having a bad day” and “running late.” Nothing wrong with that. But, this was the person who I passed on the way to the bathroom and made eye contact with but she couldn’t say hello or smile? Couldn’t call earlier to say, “hey, could you come 30 minutes later?”
So for an hour I had to endure the hairdresser tell above the dryer all the literal bloody details about her birth story. When she asked, finally, “Can I help you?” And I said I was waiting for almost an hour, her suggestion was to kill time at the dollar store?!
I ended up leaving without getting my nails done. What a waste of time.
My mistake for thinking I’d have a nice experience at this white trash place. I’ll drive the extra few miles to Gig Harbor every. single. time.
UPDATE: After receiving the comments from the owner, I do feel for those individuals. However this sounds like some expectation setting needs to be done with the individual artists and service providers. I, too, am a working professional which is why I am not happy when my personal time is disrespected. My business is also effected.

Brought my 2 year old to Faith for his first haircut. She did a great job cutting and working with my son (who sometimes didn’t want to sit still with his head). She brought him to a private room that was full of color and had a big mirror. My son was intrigued by the whole experience. At the end he got to pick a little toy from a chest. I can definitely recommend Faith for your child’s haircuts!
