The crew at Route 16 Running are amazing. I was having achilles tendon issues when I was running and I went into the store and told them what was going on. They took one look at my shoes and the way I stand in them and they knew right away what was going on. They gave me several suggestions and I tried several pairs of shoes on that immediately relieved much of my discomfort. I appreciate the experience and knowledge that Miguel and his crew have. I was so happy to get the kind of customer service that Route 16 provides. He diagnosed my gait, pointing out how one foot pronated and found the perfect shoe to address my particular issues. My HOKA shoes are so comfortable! He also ordered a pair of black leather HOKAS that I can wear at work. I highly recommend them.

They are the best! I've been coming here for years. So many shoes, feet are SOOO important to take care of properly! All the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful in whatever your foot issue might be, or just getting you the right supportive shoe for the exercise that you do.

These folks know their stuff. They took the time to listen to my foot issues, analyze my gate. Zeroed in on the right type of shoes for me in several brands so I could compare the subtleties, found me some insoles for my old shoes, too. Really good shop!

Always taken good care of here, and Miguel, well, he's the epitome of what customer service should be! He has a knowledge-base that is both impressive and greatly appreciated. He retrofitted multiple pairs of shoes I brought in yesterday after being diagnosed with ankle injuries. He was attentive, diligent, and spent some time gathering my history, etc... and then, no charge! I can't say enough about this business, go check it out for yourself!

If I could give six stars, I would. Best costumer service I’ve ever experienced. The owner Miguel is the most helpful man I’ve ever met, and made my day. If you’re looking for shoe or running/walking questions this is the place to go. They have a great assortment of types of shoes, and you will surely have a great experience.
