The prejudice and unprofessionalism runs rampant here. You all should be ashamed of how you treat customers who aren't white. You all are gross. You gig harbor folk really need to fix your attitude and egos, and get educated.

Showed up here stressed and tired . It was the end of the work day and I needed materials asap. The guys here helped me load after they were closed and were extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. I recommend this place 10 out of 10! Great customer service, and genuinely great people.

They’re great people. Always so nice and informative whenever you go in. They carry excellent products. I got some specialty tyvek and flashing from them I would have had to order in anywhere else. Pricing is fair. I purchased the wrong tool by mistake there and dropped it off for a return, but forgot about it and went on a trip for 2 months and they still went through the trouble to call me and processed the credit back to my card. I can’t recommend them enough. Forget the big box store this place is the best for my large projects.

Terrence and the team behind him made my lack of experience less painful. They provided above and beyond service in so many levels. Time, patients, explanations and professionalism to mention a few. Competitively priced was simply the bonus. From orders taken to deliveries made they accomplished excellent customer service each step of the way. These guys are trying really hard and it is hard to compete with a Depot in the Lowe's but they still specialize in contractors in big orders deliveries with quality service you don't get the quality service with Depot you get mistakes forgotten orders parts of orders that is so I give them full credit for trying to stay in business with the big block stores competing
