“The staff at the Harbor Hill UPS location in Gig Harbor is very helpful, accommodating, professional, and most of all knowledgeable about all things UPS and package delivery services. I'd like to call specifically with a multiple star assistance, Alex Foster. She not only confirmed all of the correct information for the returns my wife asked me to do for her but she also provided detailed information on shipping time for a package going to my family members for their birthday celebration. She remained calm and collected as I had to navigate through the items my wife passed off to me in a hurry to be processed for returns. Despite some of the items not having the correct barcode information, she allowed me the necessary time between customers to call my wife and work through with her the correct information for the appropriate product returns. Alex embodies elements of customer service from active listening to excellent closure on specific needs that my visit revolved around. All UPS location service personnel were as effective as Alex, I'm sure the UPS stores across the board would be setting records daily.
