I have been using this Postal Annex location for years and have always had a great experience. The owners and employees have always been super nice and have gone above and beyond what would be expected almost every time I have been here. I would recommend them over every other shipping store in the Harbor.

When they say that you can drop in for notary service make sure you confirm a time as they might leave and not be back for an hour.

I have used this place several times to ship items. A few weeks ago, I shipped something via UPS which cost me more money than I expected. I was assured by the owner (or possibly manager as I am not sure of her role) that these are the prices set by UPS so I agreed. She was incredibly abrasive and a bit rude when speaking to me so I think that contributed to me agreeing with what she said as I was at a loss for words. Something did not sit right with that interaction so a few days later I contact UPS, who told me that after looking up my package, that "independent shipping companies that use our services are allowed to handle their own shipping prices" and explained to me that they have no control over the amount they choose to set to ship through agencies like UPS and Fedex. Maybe I am naive as I assumed that prices were set in stone. They recommended that if I ever do use their services in the future, that going directly to one of their stores will guarantee accurate shipping prices. Now I am all about supporting small businesses, but after finding out the difference in shipping rates, I am not sure if I will use this service at this site again. Now, this place is fantastic in many ways and maybe others are aware of this, but if not, it is probably important for customers to know that before using UPS or Fedex through an independent shipping company.

I have visited the Postal Annex in Gig Harbor on numerous occasions and will continue to be a repeat customer.Each time I have visited weather for personal or business needs, I have been graciously welcomed and assisted with my varying requests. From print and cut jobs to custom printed art work.My most recent bigger project that they helped me with was a custom print job for a birthday present. They worked with me to get my customizations perfect and the end result was better than I could have imagined. The Postal Annex Gig Harbor is easy to work with in person or virtually and I highly recommend them for your custom print requests, shipping and office services.

I had 14 photos of various qualities and many quite old enlarged onto 18X24 inch canvas prints with wooden frames. Not only did they came out fantastic, but quickly and cost effectively.They were the hit of my late mother's Celebration of Life. Patrick at Postal Annex understood the importance of these prints to me and my family. He provided me guidance and proofs along the way. They are now spread throughout the family around the country as treasured memories of our mother/grandmother.Thank you Patrick and your team for making this event so special.
