Oil Change in Gig Harbor, WA

“This review couldn't wait any longer. I've been a loyal customer of Jiffy Lube on Point Fosdick in Gig Harbor, WA, for a few years. The service has always been good, but I'm thrilled to share that there has been a significant and positive change in the service quality over the last year or so, now reaching an exceptional level.

Yesterday, I encountered a situation in which my vents and fan were not working. I was concerned because it had previously rained, and I could not defog my windows or cool my car down.

I needed to get an oil change, so I went to Jiffy Lube. I spoke to a gentleman named Andrew and told him about my concerns. Unbeknownst to me, he was the General Manager. He said he would take a look at it for me.

I told him to take his time and that we would return in a few hours. He called me later and told me he not only changed my oil but fixed everything for me. He explained that not only was the filter dirty and clogged, but all the intakes were clogged (Not exact language as Car lingo is not my first language). They not only cleared out all the clogs but vacuumed everything in my car and blew off all the pine needles, too.

I was so relieved. When I showed up to retrieve my car, I was greeted by a very nice young man named Ozzy. I told Ozzy how thankful I was and that the man who greeted me and helped was extraordinary. I exclaimed how Jiffy Lube is an honest company that provides excellent service. Then Ozzy mentioned to me that the man who was helping me was Andrew, the General Manager.

Andrew came out and told me about Jiffy Lube's services, free refills, and other amenities. Andrew and his team went above and beyond my expectations. I cannot tell you how happy I was leaving Jiffy Lube! It's also worth mentioning that they were sincere and kind about my concerns.

The cost of the oil change was minor, too. If I had brought my car into an automobile repair shop, the diagnosis would have been at least $179 (yes, I checked). I saved a lot of money going to Jiffy Lube!!!
