Gig Harbor store is great, the print desk lady is amazing. Everyone is so helpful and patient. Great customer service. Always greet you the minute you walk in the store.

I recently visited a furniture store in search of an office chair and was fortunate enough to find one that caught my eye. During my visit, I was assisted by a young man named Tyler. He patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions, demonstrating an impressive level of product knowledge. I was particularly impressed by his willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. In my opinion, Tyler's exceptional customer service truly exceeded my expectations. I want to acknowledge the extraordinary service I received at this store. I've visited other stores, such as Office Max, but the level of service here was truly exceptional and deserves recognition.
During the checkout process, Adrian displayed exceptional patience and delivered service that was not only friendly, but also kind.

I love this store; I had my printing done there and the tips and advice they gave me helped in my printing process greatly. I got to know the store so can now quickly find most items I need. The people are helpful when I ask for an item I don't know where to find it. Never had a bad experience there and would recommend this store to Gig Harbor residence.

I drove 20 minutes to get a pretty simple print job done. Was informed they could not do it. I don’t understand how asking for invitations to be printed is too complex. I used to be able to come in and they would be friendly and nice to make sure my vision matched the outcome. I was straight up told no and no expertise to try and resolve my conflict. I was even willing to pay all the additional fees for helping me in my time of my need. I don’t know who the associate was as they were not wearing their name tag. I’m pretty sure it was the lead though as they had another associate who stated they were new.
I don’t mind not knowing how to do something as the new associate stated. However, to have the “lead” just straight up say no and basically turn away my business leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Now being the only Office Depot on this side of the bridge has left me feeling like there are no other options to take my needs to. This experience was not customer service instead I felt like I had to figure out everything on my own instead of going to the “pros.”
Bottom line is I came in here to do business, and while I was unsure of some things for my print job the goal should have been to help me to keep my business coming back.

We had the best experience at the photo center and would highly recommend based on the level of customer care we received. Scotty went above and beyond for our small print project. Scotty asked us questions and gave us choices of different types of papers to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. We had picked a paper that unfortunately was discovered to not be in stock and Scotty brought in her Manager, Amanda, who was very helpful and offered us a discount for the inconvenience of not having what we wanted / needed.Our project was done in the exact timeframe we were hoping for and Scotty was both professional and friendly; the perfect combination!
