Had I not HAD to bring my cat in, they needed to test his glucose, I BELIEVE he would still be alive today. After doing business with this establishment for over 15 years, and trusting my pets were well taken care of, things have CHANGED. Nothing but chaos from the minute I dropped him off to the time I picked him up. I called about my concerns and never heard back from my vet....lack of communication? I had to put him down by a different vet, because my vet was too busy! I'm heartbroken and very, very disappointed and will never do business with them again.

Been a client for 19 years. Clinic was sold to a corporation and now, only interested in money! I tried to get refills for flea meds for my 2 dogs and 2 cats and was told, "no problem" with sending a family member with my C.C. since I was sick. They refused to sell and said my dogs were "past due" for yearly exams! Those were scheduled when I called them and they were only 14 days past due! I am furious and getting another vet.

I have a lot of dogs and I have visited a lot of vets. This hospital is one of the nicest most professional vet hospitals I've ever had the pleasure of being a client of. They've helped me make some difficult decisions as well as helped keep my fur kids happy and healthy.

Under new ownership. New owners have no compassion for there client's. I have been a client for a few years, and had always thought they were the greatest. Not anymore. They charged an arm and a leg, but did no testing, no ex-rays. Just felt my dogs hip with there hands and said there is nothing that can be done. And before they even did that, while sitting in the exam room I was had to pay for the visit up front. I have always paid in full at the time of our visit. They made me feel as though they thought I was a thief. Perhaps they had problems with other clients, had they checked my file maybe they would have been nicer to me. Then they email a break down of the bill, which i never received. I'm looking for a new vet. Will miss Dr jeff.

Eloise's visit today with Dr. Irwin, as always, was outstanding. He has always provided excellent, quality care for our cats, and truly cares and loves animals. I am impressed with the way he explains diagnoses, tests, and treatment plans. My husband and I are so happy and grateful for Dr. Irwin.

The staff and veterinarians were very patient and kind. They treated my dog well. The vet took time to listen and answered all my questions.

This Vet was highly recommend by A friend of mine. So I live in Federal Way and explaining my situation of making one trip to Gig Harbor they were very understanding. My babies had blood work, exams, and Spay all in one day. My girls have healed up beautiful and they are back to doing zero to 60 in A hot second. very nice staff, &very informed vets ! my dogs also LOVE everyone here, and it’s very clear these people love animals and love their job ! i recently moved to puyallup, and still drive to this vet office for my dogs to be seen. will recommend this office to everyone ! please keep up the great job minter vet !!
