I am truly appreciative of the help and guidance Keith Heaton delivered when my laptop decided not to wake up in the morning (or ever again). He quickly assessed the issue, provided me with multiple options as I considered how to proceed, and expertly executed the solution to my problem the same afternoon. Very professional but humorous staff very very fast working had an ASUS rogue ally Z1 that I wanted a hard drive expansion on and they did it in less than 24 hours transferred all my data to the new ssd and installed it! Will use them again!

These guys are amazing. I'd been having some performance and crashing issues with my PC, and I took it in for a diagnostic. Roy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about what may or may not have been the problem, and was open and up front with me regarding approximate cost. They kept it for about 36 hours, with both Roy and Keith giving it the time it needed, and after I got it home and running, it was about as good as when I first bought it a few years ago. Definitely recommend coming here, especially if you're a bit less knowledgeable about the inner workings of PCs. It was worth the price I paid to have professionals do what they do best.

In 2005 I needed to get my business off the ground. I went to Microlynx for new equipment. My needs are not great, just a computer that I can review client records, orders and visit schedules. Roy greeted me, and we discovered we both have a great passion for music. He set me up with one of his own mainframe towers.6 computers, numerous visits for bench time, integrating a laptop, etc. Microlynx is a perfect fit for all of our local businesses. Great group of techs, but somehow, Roy is always the guy to help me out. A fine business assist, here in Gig Harbor!!

I just left my favorite computer place here in Gig Harbor-Microlynx. I have been going to Microlynx for over 30 years. Roy Parkison built our very first computer way back then. It is a huge relief to have someone that you can rely on for computer work. I am not a technological person and the great guys at Microlynx are the most patient people when I come in trying to describe just what is going on as I have the computer panic look on my face. Roy can always bring a smile to my face. Their service is excellent and timely. I was there today because in the last update on my Mac the trackpad options was moved and somehow the ability to highlight things was turned off-very frustrating for me. I tried to fix it myself and of course I had to call the shop. I took my Mac in and Keith and Roy knew exactly what had happened and they fixed it within 5 minutes. We normally take our computers in for yearly maintenance but when there is a computer emergency they are wonderful for taking care of my Mac especially in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them (and have done this) to anyone.

The owner was very knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. My son's laptop screen cracked. He suggested a way to still use it instead of charging us more than the laptop was worth to fix it. Will definitely get my business!

I will now use Micolynx for all my computer repair and service. Keith is amazing! My computer was diagnosed promptly, a solution outlined, and the best and worst case scenarios for the needed fix. Seems like I can take ANY of my computers or laptops in and they know how to handle. I have to remain HIPAA compliant and feel safe here. Keith also let me know best options in backing up and consolidating drives and ways I can keep all my data safe. 5 stars guys!!

Roy and Microlynx has been my IT Department and hero for 20 years. Every time my computer fails me he literally saves my small business and does it within hours. He is simply the best. I don’t know what I would do without him.

It's really a shame that I had to go elsewhere for my computer and home theater needs. I guess I'm small potatoes compared to everybody else because I would wait three weeks and I would never have a call back. Roy is great, but I had to part ways.

I had them clone my old laptop to a new Solid State Drive on a new-to-me laptop and I couldn't be more pleased. I had no ( NO!) issues when I booted up the new-to-me laptop. Everything was there, in exactly the same place as my old one. What was refreshing is Roy's attention to detail when I was dropping off my machines. He has an excellent system for making sure that passwords are easily available to the techs, not stored on a sticky note that could fall off. Very professional services at a reasonable price. I have another machine that needs work and I will definitely be returning to have him do it.

Had a printing problem. Keith solved it in 5 minutes and said I didn't owe him anything...just come back if you have any real issues.

I have been going to Microlynx for years! I am so glad that we have such a knowledgeable computer repair store here in Gig Harbor. Once again Roy and his team have saved me from myself with great service, reliable products and timely return of my laptop. I will be back with my computer and recommend my friends every chance I get to this small business.
