We met Joe in our search for a new mattress, and he was fantastic to work with. He is experienced and informative, a great listener, led us around the showroom based on our feedback, and was very respectful and friendly. We learned so much about what was best for us, we bought a new mattress for our guest room as well. Highly recommend.

Brittany was so helpful and knowledgeable! I really appreciated all of her help since this was my first time buying a nice bed for myself. She took her time showing us and listening the our needs and the best part was that she stuck with the budget I had. Oh and she was great with my winey and pouty toddler. Thank you again!!

She is extremely knowledgeable and professional while at the same time very kind, caring and supportive. She has gone above and beyond to offer the best customer care. Came to store in the hopes of getting a twin size mattress topper. Was greeted by Brittany who was very helpful and showed me a sample. It was just what I was looking for. Brittany was very personable and knowledgeable and ordered the topper. Turned out it was also on sale! Brittany also shared many tips and hints on mattresses and frames. Items like these are best purchased in-person. Need to see and feel the material. Don’t buy online! Go to a mattress store. And visit Brittany. When I am ready for my next mattress, I will be coming back! Thank you Mattress Firm and Brittany for the great service.

John the sales person in the store the day I visited was very helpful. He knew great detail about each option in the store, as well as some brands they did not carry. A+ to you John with the long blonde hair.
I bought a mattress the same day I was there. They let me secure the Memorial Day sales price even though I would not be buying my mattress in full that day. I paid a small down payment to secure my bed and then called to pay the full amount later on. I had to wait due to home closing sale and they accommodated.
Great store.
