Austin at Mattress Firm was incredibly helpful! Chill and laid back, no pressure, but very knowledgeable about different types of mattresses. I appreciated his input and ended up with an incredible mattress!

Brittney was wonderful helping me to find the perfect mattress for our guest room. Unfortunately when I called the store back to arrange for delivery the salesperson I spoke to input the incorrect address. My mattress was delivered to Vancouver WA and we live in Gig Harbor. I immediately called the store and was told the soonest I could receive my delivery was in three days or I could drive to the warehouse myself to pick it up. I don’t have a vehicle that will fit a mattress nor do I have the time. We have guests arriving today and have nothing for them to sleep on. I canceled my order and will NEVER shop at Mattress Firm again!

Buying a new mattress was so easy. Very knowledge sales rep. No pressure to go with any particular manufacture. We told him what we had and didn’t like about it. He showed several different options. No pressure to buy additional items.

Our first experience a few years ago with Mattress Firm was horrible. This time, we met with Austin Sherwood three times and he was superb! He converted us back, was so kind, courteous and extremely customer service oriented. He’s an incredible guy and we very much enjoyed working with him and ended up purchasing a mattress from him tonight. Thank you Austin!
